WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

I stayed in this beautiful home and everything was above expectations! The place is very clean and equipped with everything I need. It is located in a quiet and comfortable area, and the homeowners are at the top of taste, respect and cooperation. Everything is really right here, we felt incredibly comfortable. The house has a perfect, secluded location surrounded by forest and meadow, it has everything you could need. In addition, Christine is a super host who can give all sorts of tips and is available. We hopefully will be back!

My stay with my family of 6 was amazing. It was very spacious. The place was exactly as described. The living room view toogood to be true. The neighbourhood was very pretty. Would really recommend it to a big group.

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace and quiet. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super nice host who was able to take care of a lot of our worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will be back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

The stay was an absolute dream! The cottage was very tasteful and cozy - the view was magnificent. We felt very comfortable and welcome right from the beginning. Veronika gave us good recommendations and was very kind. Our highlight: the fine guitar sounds we were able to listen to in the morning. We will be happy to come back :)

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

We were received very nicely! The pool was also well tempered and the associated shower had hot water if needed, sun loungers are also available. Host was very accommodating and made the stay comfortable. Home is situated in an incredible landscape with close proximity to skiing, which was the main reason for the stay. Would absolutely return.

Absolutely amazing mountain hut in stunning scenery. Teresa and Stefan have put in loads of work so that you can get back to basics, slow down and live it up in natural luxury! Thoroughly recommend Danke schon!

What a fantastic place at Peter and Andrea's! We were 6 (4 adults and 2 babies) and a dog. We were kindly received with homemade cake and were given a short tour of the property. The accommodation is very nice! Two spacious bedrooms, a nice kitchen and bathroom and a beautiful terrace! The grounds of the property are large and beautiful, we could even pick oregano, chives and thyme for dinner! Peter makes his own berry vodka, vinegar and jam and got some to try. The area is also beautiful: lots of hiking opportunities, nice huts with beautiful views and wonderfully quiet. We greatly appreciate the hospitality of Peter and Andrea! They are incredibly nice, welcoming and helpful. We'd love to come back!

We had the most amazing stay in this chalet. It was very clean and well equipped for a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The scenery is beautiful and I would 100% recommend staying here to anyone. The family are very friendly and we loved the sheep surrounding the property fence, they were so fun to watch. Breathtaking place with 100% privacy and absolutely mesmerising surroundings. The scenery is even better than the pictures. Dino was so helpful and responsive regarding any question or inquiry. The house is fully equipped from the inside it even has all the cooking essentials. If you choose this place, which you should, don’t miss on an amazing cooking experience. A beautiful apartment on the edge of Fuschl with a great view of the lake! We stayed there with our dog for almost a week and felt very comfortable. The house is quietly located and is the perfect starting point for various excursions in the region. Dog owners will love the green surroundings that invite you to take walks. Very close by is an old mill where you can get fresh, traditionally baked bread once a week by pre-order. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great time in the tiny house. 🥰 Even though we didn't spend quite as much time there, it was a great place to start the day and also to end it in the evening. During the day, we were always hiking. 🥾 We were particularly impressed by the numerous loving details & delicacies that we found little by little. Clear recommendation! 🧡

We stayed with six adults, two children and a dog at Georg's. Our stay was seven nights. The location is simply ideal if you want to hike. Georg was very accommodating and very friendly to us. He gave us good advice on which Alm was ideal for us and was also helpful when there were other concerns. The surroundings are simply stunning and beautiful. The apartment of the chalet Rosenstein, especially the one on the upper floor, which we lived in, is beautifully, generously and tastefully decorated. The parking spaces of the chalet are located right next to the respective entrances of the apartments. We wish Georg all the best and many new guests. Thank you :-)

The Tiny House is fantastically beautiful with mountain views, the nearby road is barely used and so you can enjoy absolute peace. We were particularly impressed by the outdoor area with a hot tub, garden and terrace (and cats). You have everything you need in the house, sleep wonderfully and can relax here overall.😊
