Gîte du Levant, in an 18th century mansion

LaureRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a lovely stay at the Levant cottage. First of all, Cécile was very responsive and available before our arrival. She sent us very useful directions to get to the place, which is a little hidden behind the church of Caumont. The photos are a true reflection of the condition of the house. The place is very quiet and peaceful, the rooms are spacious and high-ceilinged, the living room is bright. Mattresses are comfortable. We enjoyed the space and the coolness of the house and especially the large garden where we were able to have lunch under a tree in the shade and cool. There is also a large terrace in front of the house but it is in full sun in the morning. We came for a wedding at the Domaine de Ségur, 5 minutes' drive and it was perfect. Cécile was even kind enough to give us a delicious jar of homemade jam. Thanks again for hosting us!

Charming cottage with jacuzzi, Gironde

CatieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We LOVED our stay. The home is super stylish AND comfortable. Plus, it’s very private. We felt like we had our own home in the vineyards, away from *everything* (although you can still drive to Saint Emillion in 30 minutes or Bordeaux in around an hour). Karine also supplied everything you would need or want, including a speaker so you can hang out in the garden/hot tub and listen to music, which we did most of the time 😅 Overall I can’t recommend it enough. We actually hope to come back and stay because we enjoyed our week there so much!

We absolutely loved staying at Julien's place. We felt completely at home and relaxed in such a beautiful home. Julien met us and was very friendly, offering recommendations for local restaurants etc. We would love to visit again in the future.
A private jacuzzi is situated on a wooden terrace overlooking a tranquil lake. Water bubbles gently, creating a soothing scene. Surrounding greenery and a partly cloudy sky add to the peaceful ambiance, while a small sign reading 'relax' is placed on a nearby table.

We hade a lovely time here. The house, garden and it's surroundings are beautiful and peaceful and Rachel is such accommodating, amazing and helpful host. There is a lake and forest nearby where you can swim or take a walk. A big plus was also discovering that the kitchen is fully equipped which we appreciated. Would love to return!

GITE "A CARCAILLET"

SammyRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We had a fantastic stay while we attended a wedding in the local area. It was a perfect space for 3 couples and a bigger property than I was expecting with a shower in every room and 2 toilets. The setting is stunning with vineyards around the perimeter and we enjoyed the boulle court.
A view of lush green vineyard leaves appears in the foreground, with rolling hills and distant structures visible in the background. The abundant foliage captures the essence of the rural landscape, creating a serene atmosphere.

Kestrel's Loft Apartment, Gensac

MurvynRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Andy and Debra are fantastic hosts. Took the time to make sure I was comfortable, shared their history of the lodge ( which I really really enjoyed) local functions, and local places of interest. Beer wine and water, very clean and tidy apartment, peaceful location ( when the stars come out they really put on a show), the wildlife, quiet roads, sociable members of the public, quick and easy routes to nearby places of interest - St Emilion is lovely-, the weather was amazing as well. Vineyards everywhere. And i mean everywhere. I loved my time at Kestrel Lodge, and will be visiting again. Debra and Andy rock! Thank you for looking after me. Those baguettes were a nice touch, and saved me a couple of times:) Be well.
