It's an ideal seaside holiday retreat for couples, small families, or adults on a golf trip. The main bedroom has a king size luxury bed with a special mattress ( gel , body tempera regulating memory) bed and the second bedroom has one single bed and a smaller (183CM) bed (recommended for children only) There is one free parking space at the front door.

Newtonlees Cottage-A hidden gem!

Peaceful and homey self-contained accommodation - a separated annexe to our home. It is on the outskirts of Dunbar but within walking distance (~25 mins). Tucked behind new housing but your back garden is private. We are close to beautiful beaches and golf courses. Fresh milk, butter, cereals, coffee and something to toast are provided. Ideal for exploring the Lothians /Northumbria, or to just chill. Farm track road so please note the lower end of the road is prone to potholes in sections.

We came for my mums birthday - 6 adults, 4 kids.🥳 Everyone loved it and had a great time. The house had everything we needed. Plenty bathrooms for all the families. Two sitting rooms with TVs/cinema projector that were ideal if kids fancied something separate to watch. Plenty instruction for the amenities and checking in and out. Jacuzzi was a highlight - can’t beat it😂. There was also a full house sound system that could be isolated to individual areas/rooms which was brilliant. We were only a short walk to the town and beach which also had plenty pubs/restaurants and the beach was ideal for the kids. Thanks for having us😁

We really enjoyed our stay, the cottage is in such a great location. Close to North Berwick and a lovely beach. The cottage is immaculate and very spacious. Ginny communicated all the check in information to us so well and everything ran very smoothly. A very comfortable stay. We look forward to returning again!

We had a super time at this cottage, it has been sensitively renovated and is very comfortable. The location is super, especially if you are a golf fan, with many of Scotlands best courses very close by. The owner was very helpful, without being intrusive, super hosts!

Annie’s house was perfect for a big family getaway. The space is lovely and so comfortable, with everything you need. The location is fantastic, really beautiful surroundings and great walks. 5 mins drive from towns supermarkets, beaches, and lovely local shops. Annie was so friendly and helpful too, highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay here, the caravan is confortable and spacious and the area is fairly close to the different golf courses. Fiona went out of her way to help us and offer her assistance.
