You can go for a walk or run in the Lainzer Tiergarten, go mountain biking in the Wienerwald or eat ice cream in front of the church in Ober St. Veit. Still, you can quickly get to the center, the next subway and S-Bahn station can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. To Schönbrunn it takes 15 minutes - on foot it's a wonderful walk through the Hietzinger villa district, although it takes a little longer.

The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.

It is idyllically nestled in a small settlement near the Vienna Woods and is easily accessible by bus line 52A, which runs every quarter of an hour from Vienna Hütteldorf (U4, rapid transit train, ÖBB). The house has 3 bedrooms with large double beds, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a fully renovated bathroom with large shower.
