Monthly Rentals in Augusta Canal

David's guesthouse was perfect for us. It was located in a beautiful historic neighborhood that was walkable. The house had everything we needed for the 2 nights we stayed there. Good kitchen, comfortable living room and bedroom. Great shower water pressure. The Washer/Dryer was an added bonus as we have been traveling a week and were able to do laundry. David was very accommodating, allowing us to use the backyard sitting area to relax and eat. All in all a great place while visiting Augusta.

The space was perfect for our needs during Christmas visiting family. A nice retreat from family activities in a well appointed, well equipped clean home. Close to the lovely historic houses and churches and architecture in Olde Town, the River Walk and Broad Street. Any issue that arose was responded to promptly by Tom. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Alex’s place during the Masters golf tournament. The house is 5 minutes to the course avoiding the traffic on Washington which was wonderful! The area is up and coming with lots of houses flipping. Alex is wonderful and very responsive! We will definitely stay at their Place again! Thank you for a wonderful week!

The place had everything I needed for a long stay and is at a good location. It was easy to feel comfortable and at home here.
