Lovely apartment in a beautiful area. Easy to travel to and from Munich. Berndt was fantastic throughout. He was very helpful and accommodating.

Gisela and Bastian couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly hosts! We stayed for 7 weeks and their place had everything we needed to make us feel at home during our stay. Their apartment was even better in real life than in the pictures, and the area was perfectly quiet and peaceful with lots of outdoor space and good transport links for traveling into Munich.

My husband and I stayed at this location after the Bauma trade show in Munich. It was a great escape from the busy city and we very much enjoyed the nature of the yard with beautiful flowers and birds. Each morning we enjoyed coffee outside and evening cocktails to finish the day. We did not rent a car and enjoyed our 15 minute walk to the store to purchase groceries. There are several restaurants in the area, we didn't have a single bad meal. Everything was wonderful! This location was a 9 minute walk to the S Bahn which made access to public transportation extremely easy. However, we found ourselves not wanting to leave the area once we got there. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and a stroll in the nearby forest. There is a beer garden in the forest where we enjoyed a Dunkle and watching the kids run and play freely. It was a great way to live like the locals for a few days before our travel back to Parkville, Missouri. We hope to return during the next Bauma.
