Our boutique vacation home in Aidling-Riegsee has been open since May 2024. The vacation home is new, stylish and very cozy, with fine materials, such as oak herringbone parquet, natural stone, high-quality textiles and box-spring beds. This makes this vacation home very special. It has two small kitchenettes with upholstered seating area, two living rooms with 2 comfortable sofa beds each, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 4 of which have natural stone shower, green, furnished southwest terrace and 2 balconies.

Conveniently located stylish oasis

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. We had a super nice time at Marion's place. From the first minute we felt welcomed and at home. Marion and her husband are very loving and friendly hosts. It really reminds a bit of Bullerbü, here the world is still fine. 🥰 For the youngest in the bundle, there were many animal visitors to discover in the garden and behind the house a large meadow to let off steam and play football. It was a completely beautiful vacation for us. Thank you very much dear Marion ☺️

We were on site as a family for the first time. The surroundings are beautiful, you can experience many things. The yard is nicely secluded from the place, making it a special tranquility. The lake is within walking distance. The hosts are super friendly and helpful, we felt very welcome. The highlight was of course the short ride of our little daughter, which made the holiday perfect. We will definitely be back...

We loved our stay ar Markus's apartment. it was well-equipped, quiet, warm and comfortable. Located in a great spot to walk along the river to the village and supermarket. Easy bus trip to visit the castles. Beautiful mountain views from the balcony. Everything was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay at Anja’s. The flat was clean and comfortable with all the things we needed for a short stay. Anja was friendly and helpful. It’s about a 7 minute uber ride into the city centre and there is a cute bakery round the corner from the flat and a supermarket about a 10 minute walk away. Lovely , quiet location and we loved being in Augsburg. Thank you!

Underrated airbnb! Our family of five had an absolute blast at Roswhita place. The entire place is so well put together that we wish to replicate it at our place down under. From the unbelievably well kitted out kitchen to the comfy sofas, to the Wii (such a clever move), to the clean Lego, room specific underfloor heating, comfortable beds, gorgeous views of the endless enormous windows... such a cozy home. Impeccable. The location? a quiet town with classic German B roads that were Disney looking in winter. The perfect location to relax, truly feel at home and be relatively close to Legoland, Munich, thermal swimming, etc... We will be back 😊.

We chose the place because it is centrally located for us for planned trips to Füssen, Zugspitze, Legoland, Augsburg and Munich. The contact with the landlord was very pleasant, friendly and informative. Very quickly accessible if necessary, otherwise very discreet and straightforward. We find the Airbnb agency fee clearly too high, but the landlord is not responsible for that. The house was fully furnished. Everything was available in the house and kitchen and of good quality.
