Wer Ruhe in der Stadt sucht, ist hier richtig! Als Gast ist man gleich in der Stadt, auf der Autobahn oder an der Wertach mit viel Grün. Wunderbare Rückzugsoase mit Küche, Balkon, TV inkl. Stella was very polite and welcoming. She let us check in early in the morning, that helped us a lot. But more than that, this was not a typical Airbnb stay — it was truly a unique experience. Staying here meant more than just having a roof over our heads; it was like stepping into the inspiring life of a remarkable woman. We felt her values, her habits, her hobbies, her way of living, and her food culture in every corner of the home. It left a deep impression on us and made the whole experience unforgettable. In addition, Deep cleanliness was not an issue for me personally, but with a little extra attention to detail, it could be even more delightful for future guests.

Eine ganz schöne Wohnung mit folgenden Vorteilen: stillvolle und moderne Ausstattung, hell, genug Platz für wohnen, chillen und sich wohlfühlen, nette Gastgeber, praktischer kontaktloser Check In, U-Bahn in der Nähe, Park an der Isar in der Nähe. Folgendes müsste man beachten: kein Aufzug im Gebäude (3.Stockwerk), Schlafzimmer ist ziemlich hellhörig (man hört manchmal andere Bewohner des Hauses) Allgemein ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen, der Aufenthalt hier hinterlässt einen sehr guten Eindruck!

Great location for walking to the Octoberfest area and all the interesting sites. Especially convenient on the first day of Octoberfest where public transportation and the streets were clogged with visitors and locals to celebrate the Octoberfest start and parade. The apartment is conveniently located to a couple of grocery stores, cafe's, the S-Bahn and most importantly the Lowenbrau Biergarten. Ben was extremely responsive to answer questions and proactive to assure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
