Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Aubervilliers

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison avec ma famille. Les photos sont fidèles à la réalité, les pièces sont spacieuses et on s’y sent bien, notamment le salon qui est très familial. Il y a beaucoup de jouets à disposition pour les enfants. Julie a été réactive par message tout le long de notre séjour et ses instructions étaient claires. Enfin, l’emplacement est idéal si vous souhaitez aller au parc d’attraction Disney qui se trouve à 20 minutes. La gare de Noisy-le-grand est à proximité également. Je recommande pour les familles nombreuses

We hebben een prachtig verblijf gehad. De accommodatie ligt op een half uurtje rijden van het vliegveld en een klein uurtje van Parijs. Parijs is goed te bereiken met eigen vervoer, openbaar vervoer of Uber. Qua accommodatie is vooral het zwembad + terras prachtig, goed onderhouden en erg privé. Je hebt 0,0 last van buren of voorbijgangers. De ontvangst en hulp voor en tijdens de vakantie door Maryse en Serge was er goed. Ze zijn erg vriendelijk en hulpvaardig, ook schromen ze niet om Engels proberen te praten. Ze reageren erg snel. Het huis is verder erg groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. De omgeving is rustig. Het ligt in een klein dorpje. Voor wie er van houdt; een aanrader!

This is a perfect place for a short stay in Paris. It is very convenient for the metro line, just a 5 minute walk. There are good restaurants nearby and the house is in close proximity to a supermarket and boulangerie. The host and hostess were most welcoming, even coming around with croissants on our first morning. The house is spacious and very clean - it is equipped with all the mod-cons. We would be delighted to stay there again.

Logement semblable aux photos et à la description. À notre arrivée, le logement était parfaitement propre. Il nous a été très agréable d’y séjourner. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture à l’intérieure Les hôtes ont été très agréables et très réactifs, c’était super Merci !

Nous sommes venus pour un EVG, et nous avons été impressionnés par ce logement. On en prend plein les yeux dès qu'on a franchi le pas de la porte. Nombreuses activités à faire  : borne d'arcade, console, mur d'escalade, fléchettes, jacuzzi, décorations faites avec goût, magnifique fresque dans le séjour… Tout était parfait et très propre, on aurait pu y rester 1 mois sans jamais mettre le nez dehors. Le plus beau Airbnb que j'ai fait. Je recommande et j'y retournerai très probablement. Un grand bravo au propriétaire pour le travail titanesque réalisé ici.

Notre séjour dans je logement d’Olivia & Dom s’est merveilleusement bien déroulé. Le logement est impeccable. Très propre, charmant, facilement accessible en métro et en tram depuis Paris. Le quartier est calme et agréable, avec possibilité de parquer un véhicule facilement. Commerces à proximité. Le jardin et la spacieuse terrasse sont agréables. Idéal pour une grande famille.

De passage entre une journée à la mer de sable et une journée au parc Asterix, le logement nous a offert l’espace et le confort nécessaire pour une nuit pour une famille de 5 personnes. La literie était bonne, et le quartier est calme. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le joli jardin. Nous avons très bien été accueillis

Spacious 4th floor flat very convenient for Gare du Nord. Comfortable with all you need for a base to explore Paris. Local restaurants in walkable distance, as well as shops and Boulangerie. Our children loved the toys in the flat.

This apartment feels like an oasis on a quiet street. It's in a great location with easy metro access and walkability. Thibaut was gracious and accommodating. We loved our stay!

We stayed at Mathilde's place on two separate occasions in Dec 24 and Jan 25. Communication before arrival was prompt and clear. When we arrived we were met by Mathilde's assistant, Kathleen, who gave us the key and made sure we had everything we needed. She even brought us new coffee capsules later that day. The apartment was quite large (for Paris). We found it clean and well furnished (we were specifically looking for an apartment with a crib and a high chair for our son). There is a large living area that gets tons of sunlight from the many windows. Not too much happening in the immediate surrounding area, but Montmarte is just a short walk up the hill. Getting to more central parts of Paris usually took us about 20-30 minutes by metro or taxi. Overall, we had a great experience and would certainly recommend this rental!

Patricia was a great host , checking in with us and being very helpful with any questions. The flat was bijou but very well equipped with incredibly comfortable beds! Location was perfect , close to metro and the lovely bars and eateries of the Marais. Thank you Patricia !

This was the third time over nine years that we have had the great good fortune to stay in Claire's sublime apartment on rue de Lévis. The first time was with our then 11-year-old son; and the next times were just the two of us. Claire is extremely helpful , welcoming, and kind, and her apartment is beautiful, clean, and situated on what might just be the best street in Paris -- which is saying a lot! Her very large and wide 5th floor terrace, with a long outdoor dining table and chairs as well as a wide awning, overlooks a street where cars mostly do not go; so people casually stroll along the dozens of delicious food stores and restaurants and cafés, as well as other clothing and specialty stores, making the whole experience seem from another, happier, world. There is a calm and a joy, both inside and outside, from the moment one shows up. We are sad to leave, but cannot wait for our next visit!

Great stay. The apartment is well located with lots of shops and places to eat nearby and close to multiple different metro lines. All the beds are very comfortable and it's a true Parisian experience in a Haussman style apartment with a courtyard. The hosts we're very responsive, let us store our luggage at checkout, and genuinely cared to make our stay enjoyable.

This was a great and spacious place for us (a couple). Disclosure, I love staying in the 11th! The local area is vibrant, you are right by cafes and supermarkets and restaurants and a really good fruit and veg store. When you walk out the door you are literally at the metro entrance, with easy access to everywhere - or you can walk.... The apt. was very quiet at night - also thanks to electric shutters on the windows facing the street. Tons of hot water. Good towels. We didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed well equipped. A place to return to!

we stayed at Charlotte's place as a family of four and had a great time. The apartment was very handy for us as we arrived in the evening on the Eurostar so wanted somewhere quite accessible with two younger kids (8, 10) and it was only a 5 minute walk amd getting access was really easy. The apartment was well sized for us all and had everything you would need for a short stay. It's a lived in family apartment which suited us perfectly but if that isn't your thing might not be the place for you. There is an amazing bakery just next to the apartment where we got our breakfast from every morning and a great restaurant (Casimir) just next door too. Easy access to a number of metro lines and a 15 min walk up to Montmartre. Overall a cracking place, in a good location for a stay in Paris. Would recommend!

Logement très sympathique et calme. Sylvie a été très claire, agréable et réactive.

Goede locatie om parijs te bezoeken. het appartement was ruim genoeg voor ons gezin van 4. De keuken was goed geëquipeerd en ook lekkere koffie was aanwezig. Onze kinderen vonden het stapelbed geweldig. De dichtsbijzijnde metro was op wandelafstand en in 20 a 25 minuten bereik je het centrum van de stad. Elena was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bedankt!

Très agréable séjour. L'appartement est très bien décoré. Il est idéalement placé à côté du RER A. Pour 2 personnes c'est très bien. Pour 3 ou 4 personnes c'est un peu juste puisqu'il faut déplier le canapé dans le salon et qu'il y a une fenêtre sans volet donc le jour rentre dans la pièce.

A spacious apartment in a fairly peaceful area. It was very nice to hear birds chirping in the morning :) The other occupants of the building were polite and quiet. A short walk to the Le Guichet train station and a 40-min journey to the center of Paris. Could have been a little cleaner but nothing major. Kathalyn and Romuald were helpful and quick to respond. A short walk to the edge of Orsay which has everything you could need. I highly recommend the Paris Panem bakery in town which has amazing pastries. A minor aside unrelated to the apartment -- I would not recommend the closest Franprix grocery store near the Domino's Pizza as some employees intentionally try to scam you by scanning certain items twice (check the Google reviews!). This is no reflection on the apartment, but I want to let my fellow travelers know!

L’appartement est lumineux et parfaitement équipé, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir comme chez nous. Le calme du quartier et le confort du logement ont rendu notre séjour très reposant. Nous avons eu des explications claires et précises ce qui a permis notre arrivée et notre départ très fluides. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un séjour il répond parfaitement à la description. Merci pour cette belle expérience!

Appartement très bien situé, 10mn à pied de la gare RER, 10mn en voiture du centre de formation FMSD, commerces à proximité, parking privé et fermé, l’appartement est conforme aux photos, bien équipé, juste quelques éléments qui ont du vécu… les hôtes sont sympathiques et réactifs.

날마다 에펠탑을 볼 수 있는 기쁨! 무엇보다 위치가 최고였어요! 집앞에는 맛있는 빵집도 있었고 시장에 가서 치즈랑 과일도 살 수 있었답니다. 파리의 모든 명소를 방문하기엔 더할 나위없이 좋은 숙소였습니다~^^
