We had a wonderful stay at Julie’s cottage! The location was perfect—set in the peaceful countryside with beautiful views, yet only about 40 minutes from Kilkenny for sightseeing. The cottage itself was incredibly comfortable, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It truly felt like a home away from home. Julie was a fantastic host—so warm and welcoming. She made sure we had everything we needed and added thoughtful touches like books to read, a smart TV, cozy blankets, and even milk and tea cake on arrival, which we really appreciated. The cottage was also very well equipped with everything we could possibly need including a much appreciated coffee machine. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a relaxing getaway with easy access to Kilkenny, Cashel and the surrounding area, we definitely plan to be back

Absolutely fantastic house and host. We were late arriving but Elizabeth left a key out for us. The milk and sweet treats were very much appreciated after a long day. The house is very easy to find. Very clean and comfortable. The beds were great. Bathroom is lovely and the shower is fantastic. Our favourite part was definitely the summer house. Such a peaceful and comfy place to curl up with a book. Great location. Lots of food options nearby. The discovery park is great especially the mining museum. Very friendly little town too. We wouldn't be the most sociable people but we even attended a coffee morning in the local charity shop and had a great time.
