House with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We were 4 adults, 4 days in winter, so we really enjoyed the wood-burning stove. Nice and complete kitchen, comfortable rooms. One of them had no heating but as we knew in advance we took a heater and soon. Undoubtedly, its maximum potential is in summer, as it is one block from the beach, but as a getaway the rest of the year it is also very good. We even had lunch outside in the sun at noon. There is room to park 2 cars next to the house, the neighborhood is very quiet, but close to places to eat and run errands. I didn't know the spa, a very nice option to return in January. Communication with Patricia was clear and effective. Thank you!

A 5-star rating is not enough...I would give it a lot more. It's impeccable wherever you look: the building itself is functional and practical. The apartment looks brand new. I highlight the incredible view that frames all the rooms, the brightness of the day and the peace when resting due to the silence and darkness. Impeccable kitchen and bathroom fixtures. He greeted us with thoughtful details with dedication and affection. It was very pleasantly better than what I expected and saw in photos.

Sisita was a great host. He always anticipated what was necessary (such as requesting documents) well in advance, thus avoiding discomfort and unforeseen events. She was very helpful, allowing us to store our luggage even before check-in.

We simply love this place! m I felt totally at home. Beautiful Apt, with a breathtaking view of the marina, the spacious and super comfortable bed, rich kitchen in utensils, thick bath towel (different from other airbnb), clean and smelling bedding. In addition, the location is wonderful, two blocks of the market, ice creamer underneath, close to everything. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, we really came out very pleased! I had the feeling that the host thinks of all the details. I can say it was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed!!

Great location with many great restaurants (that stay open late) all around, and very close to the beach as well. Also it was very quiet at night which we were happy to rest well here. A great value in Montevideo and would gladly stay here again.
