One of the four bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. In the house there are 3 TVs with cable plus, soccer, Netflix in one of the TVs. 2 air conditioners, one in the main living room, the other in the large bedroom. 5 fans, 3 standing, two table. 2 refrigerators with freezer, water heater, washing machine. The park is fully fenced.

The pool is heated and designed to reach up to 30°C in optimal conditions (mild days, no wind). * In autumn and winter, as it is an outdoor pool, its temperature can vary significantly with the weather. It usually ranges from 22°C to 26°C on cool days.

Next to the accommodation you will find a variety of services such as restaurants and supermarkets. The accommodation is located about 30 kilometers from Carrasco International Airport. We have access to high-frequency public transportation that connects us with Montevideo, about 40 kilometers away
