Excellent ocean front location, super nice to sit and look at the sea taking a mate both in the morning and in the afternoon. The hosts were very attentive and very friendly.

We had a great experience in the space of Nicolas, the property was clean and well organized, the view to the beach is amazing. I recommend it to everyone!

Laura‘s place was by far the best we’ve seen in Uruguay. It was spotlessly clean, nothing was broken, nothing creaked or jammed, everything was built/installed correctly and actually finished, unlike so many other places we’ve stayed in which seem to have been completed up to “close enough”. The list of suggestions for local shops/places to eat/things to do, etc. was great. If we’re ever back in Piriápolis we will certainly look to see if Las Olas is available.

The experience at Sarah's house was excellent. From allowing us to arrive before the agreed time, Sarah was attentive to every detail. Always attentive to inquiries and responding kindly and quickly. The house is super well-equipped... it has everything you need for your stay. Very convenient for accessing the beach, which is just a few meters away. In the area there are nice restaurants to eat and there is a supermarket a block away... priceless.

Our stay was excellent, we had a spectacular weekend! between nature and the comforts of the house, we really enjoyed it. I recommend 100%. Jissel excellent host, answered us right away and was very helpful.

Always attentive and willing to help us with what we needed, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Our stay was very good. The house really beautiful as seen in the photos. There are two modules on one side is the kitchen and living room and in the other space are the rooms, bathrooms and the laundry room. In the middle is the terrace with the grill and the pool. The pool for afternoons is ideal. All the spaces are very comfortable, we were two families and we managed to share when we wanted to share and have privacy when we wanted privacy. It's on the beachfront, absolute comfort. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, paradores and supermarkets. It is also super equipped. Nothing is missing. The only thing is that it does not have WI-FI. We look forward to returning soon.

Both Juan by messages, and then he and his partner the day we left were very kind. The very few problems that arose were resolved very well and they were totally willing to help. The park couldn't be nicer, the neighborhood is very quiet, and you're in front of the beach. For two people it's great. I would definitely recommend it, I would come back!

Just finished a week in Jose Ignacio at "Nolita" with my kids and couple of their friends. The 8 of us had a wonderful time. Plenty of room for everyone; a beautiful pool and patio to hang out on; and a wonderful parilla - we stayed in and grilled on a couple of nights just because the setup was so good. House is an easy walk from a great stretch of beach, 15 minute walk to the middle of town, 5 minute walk to the bakery. Privacy and convenience in one package.
