Family-friendly vacation rentals in Atlantic Beach

Amazing spaces indoor and out. The Airbnb pictures don’t do it justice. 3 bedroom, 3 bath, pullout couch. Sleeps 8 adults (willing to share beds) and 4 children (pullout couch and blow up mattress). Plenty of room for cooking, dining, well-equipped kitchen w/ air fryer, 2 coffee makers, crock pot and more. Great location 20 minutes from anything. Walked to stores (1.5 miles each way). Games and puzzles. Great master suite. Takes a few minutes to get hot water to back bathrooms, but be patient, it’s worth it. This could be a repeat for us!

Great condo all the amenities you could want - nice wide balcony with a beautiful view. We spent lots of time there from early morning to late at night - we did not cook at night but if you wanted the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. Convenient to beach restaurants. Pool was nice. Other condo guests were friendly. Highly recommended

We had an amazing trip to Jax Beach, thanks to Tricia! She was very communicative and accommodating with any questions we had. The condo was so comfortable and nicely decorated. Extra pillows and blankets were provided as well as beach chairs, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. The gym was nice and easily accessible, as well as the pool, outdoor shower, and bike rack. Waking up to the sunrise over the beach was magical! The location could not have been more perfect - a nice bike ride to the Atlantic Beach shops and restaurants or a short walk to Jax Beach area. But best of all, the beach was right outside our door! I looked at MANY listings before choosing this one and I am so happy with the decision we made. We will be back!

I would like to say first and foremost this was THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED we’ve slept in an air bnb and the place would be a top choice just for that alone. We had access to the hot tub that was much needed after sight seeing. We enjoyed the outdoor showering area as well. We had everything we needed for the few days we were there visiting. We will be back !

We had an amazing time at David’s home. Everything was conveniently labeled and clean. The home is beautiful and located very close to downtown and the beach. David was responsive with any questions or concerns we had and was extremely nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Booked this location for a golf team training trip and it was perfect to fit my entire team and provided lots of activities within the Airbnb to do in their downtime that allows great bonding time experiences. Will definitely be booking here again for future training trips if it is available!

Great stay for me and 6 friends. The directions to the gate were spot on and really helped us get there. Some followed the address of the condo and that did not work well. It was clean and we had plenty of room for the 7 of us. Beds were comfortable and we had all we needed to make our coffee and breakfast before we were out the door. Unit is on the second floor and elevator was great! The unit has 3 floors, so for some that was tough on old knees but we knew that going in! Beach was just a walk away! Gopher tortoises and bunny rabbits were an added treat! Great Stay! Thanks!

It was a cute little cottage. I will say the photos are a little different from what it actually looks like. Definitely smaller than what I thought it was going to be, and the greenery wasnt kept up with— There were moths and mosquitoes in the house and the door was completely open when we arrived. REGARDLESS this was a great place to stay. Very quiet and comfortable. Allison and Dwayne were great at communicating and I would definitely stay with them again.

Tyson and his place were awesome ! Tyson was easy to communicate with and the unit was huge (it was only my wife and me). The neighborhood is very safe and walkable and there were many, many bars and restaurants a short distance away. We recommend Tyson’s property and will surely try to stay there again the next time we are in town.

Great location. Very nice place. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and spices, made cooking easy.

I have never had a harder time leaving a rental home than I did when we had to say goodbye to this one. Between the charm and comfort of the house and the beautiful setting, our family had a truly magical stay. We were mesmerized by the marsh and the wildlife, birds, etc. We had an incredible time paddleboarding the marsh right from the home's dock during times of the day of higher tide. The house has fantastic decor, space, and comfortable beds and furniture. Everything about the property is lovely. What a great location to explore St Augustine, which is our favorite town in Florida, and the surrounding area. It was so nice to have a quiet, peaceful haven to call home base for the week. Thank you again Patricia for sharing this heavenly place!

This place was a perfect place to stay by Jax beach. We were able to walk to restaurants and they even offered us bikes. They were super friendly and made sure we had a great stay. I would definitely stay here again. Very nice neighborhood. We had a very nice weekend getaway.

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The location near the ocean was perfect, and the place was spotlessly clean and very cozy. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, making cooking easy and enjoyable. A special thanks to the host—very responsive and attentive, always ready to help. this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

We went for a wedding and the house was close to the venue. We loved to have all the rooms on the same floor. No stair or a second floor which was great for my elderly mom. We had everything we needed. John was very nice, friendly and provided great instructions. Thank you John.

We chose this condo as we wanted to have a view and quick access to the beach. We were not disappointed. The view was beautiful we enjoyed walking to the shops and dining and we slept very comfortably. We will be back!

Quiet and private side street with a friendly neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown and local bar/brewpub. Renee and Aloe were always available and responsive to my texts but they just let us relax and enjoy the space without any interfering. We treated the house as if it were our own (per their friendly advice) and respected the property throughout our stay. If we were to stay in St Augustine again I would definitely contact Renee and Aloe first. Totally enjoyed our stay.

This condo is an absolute gem and the hosts are simply wonderful. The location is incredible, quiet and peaceful and the unit is very spacious for a 2/2. The small courtyard grass area is such a wonderful area, especially with children. Max and Sara were extremely responsive and literally have everything you could possibly need at this unit. I will only stay here when visiting Jax beach for now on. Thank you Max and Sara for the wonderful trip!

Vanessa's place was perfect for our long weekend. It is across the street from the beach, had all the things we might need for the beach or for cooking and it was very clean! Vanessa was also very helpful with advice or answering questions. The space is small but perfect for 2. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be back again. The living room and bedrooms were quite spacious. The kitchen had all modern appliances and really nice high quality eatery and glasses, better than you'd find in 95% of comparable accomodations. Also, they had beach chairs and beach towels you could use, and the place was stocked with paper towels, TP, and even some dishwasher tablets and laundry tablets so you didn't have to rush out and find a store right away for basic necessities. They thought of everything! Also the Moore Amelia Island folks were super responsive to anything we needed or had a question about, and went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. We would highly recommend!
