I loved everything about this place. It looks exactly like the pictures. There were clear instructions along with pictures of how to get inside of the building and parking lot. I would absolutely book this place again. James, your communication style was awesome. Thank you!!

This place was perfect for us! We had a concert to attend at the Coca Cola Roxy and this home was an easy 6 minute walk to the venue! They left very clear instructions (that I may have overlooked for some information) but were very friendly when I messaged them for clarification. Their response time is the best I’ve ever experienced on AirBnB. Mostly getting back to us in under 20 minutes. The place was well kept and had plenty of glasses and kitchen equipment if needed. We didn’t get a chance to visit the lake behind the place since it rained most of the time we stayed but it was stunning enough that we were able to keep the curtains drawn to enjoy the view. For the most part the neighborhood was quiet and made it a wonderful stay. When we make it back out to Atlanta this place will be first on my list!!

Kyara was a very friendly and responsive host! Even before we arrived, she responded to our questions and inquiries. The space was very clean and inviting…and also safe and secure, which was important to our group of three senior ladies. Check in and check out were easy. Very few requests upon checkout, which was nice. Hand soap and dishwashing soap are provided, but guests may want to bring their own bath soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Apparently, some folks like to bring their own supplies of these things due to allergies, and personal preferences. Air B & Bs are different in what they consider standard supplies. (Kyara did bring us soap and body wash when we requested it, which we appreciated!) We had an emergency while we were in town and Kyara was more than helpful in offering assistance to help us get it resolved. She is an excellent host and will make you feel quite welcome! We would recommend the Club Cozy to friends and would stay here again!

host allowed us to check in super late after our flight was delayed, which was super helpful and nice. apartment was really nice and clean inside, tv in every room.

Location was outside of the busier parts of Atlanta but easy to drive to restaurants and shops close by. Would stay here again!

Lanier Islands Point was a fabulous stay! Scott was a great host who checked in with us before, during and after our stay. The place was beautiful, comfortable and immaculate. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for 8 adults to hang out. The lake access, beautiful view and sundeck were an added bonus. It was quiet and relaxing. We would highly recommend this Airbnb!

My stay on Jackson Lake went above and beyond my expectations. My family and I enjoyed kayaking and playing family games on the covered back porch. The location is perfect for me because I'm local and live only about 20 min away. The kitchen and living area are spacious and open while giving the at home cozy feel. My advice is to book it!!! Enjoy leisure on the lake.

We had a wonderful stay at this unique air b and b. What a lovely backyard to spend quality time with family! Kitchen was nicely equipped. Owners were great with timely responses.

This was a great place to stay. It was a 15min drive for us to rent a boat at Lanier islands so we could enjoy the full extent of that boat dock. My husband fished off the dock all week and the privacy of being up the creek was so nice with no boat noise! We also were only 15min to Buford’s town which was nice when we needed to load up on fishing gear and coffee runs and 7brew. The house was great for the kids when it rained we had ample room to stay indoors. Would definitely book again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We needed some time to clear our minds and relax, and it was the perfect location for that. Thank you for creating a space that is welcoming, clean and filled with things to do.

We celebrated our 20th anniversary of our book club with a stay here. There were enough beds for everyone and enough room for us to have group gatherings, but also find alone quiet time if necessary since the house is so spacious. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. We also took a tour on the boat with Captain Steve. If you need a large private venue, we would highly suggest this location. Missy and Steve are very gracious hosts!

The place was amazing!! Clean and very very well put together. Janae responded to my text quick even at 3am in the money. I felt right at home. The views were breathtaking and I was able to take beautiful pictures on the balcony for my birthday! Don’t Overthink, just go ahead and book this place, I promise you, you won’t be disappointed
