Villa on one level, close to the beach (on the beach side of the main road with only hotel between house and beach), well decorated and furnished to a high standard inc.mattress toppers and quality bed linens. Pool loungers, hot tub, private pool (heating available if required) & large fenced garden & roof terrace. Gated parking. Short walk to beach. The house sleeps max 8 adults - 10 guests are possible when there are kids in group as the sofa beds comfortably sleep 2 children or 1 adult.

Fantastic complex with fabulous swimming pool and gardens, direct access to the beach and beach club through the gardens. Swimming pool open all year but no life guards out of season! Great selection of restaurants, bar/pub, supermarket etc. Top class golf courses, ten minutes from world famous Puerto Banus, Marbella town, San Pedro village and Estepona. A quiet and secluded area of the city but close to the general road to reach Puerto Banús or Marbella in 10/15 min. It has a bedroom connected to the terrace, a spacious living room, a very spacious kitchen and a cozy bathroom. Also how much with community security throughout the urbanization.
