The house was very clean and well organized. We were so impressed by how well stocked it was! Plenty of cookware, spices, anything you would need to cool meals was available. There were tons of things for our toddler, toys, a playhouse out back, even a pack and play and baby monitor! There was all the beach essentials and each thing was meticulously labeled, clean and organized. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Love, love, love the Mermaid Escape! The house is so adorable and feels like a home away from home. The location is amazing! It's just a 5 min walk to the beach and on the way you pass a general store (which has about everything including firewood for the beach), a Mexican restaurant, and a brunch place. If you need anything else, it's just a 5 min drive away. The jacuzzi and fire pit on the deck are divine, and the two large soaking tubs put this place over the top! The owner, Lynnet, was super responsive and sweet. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to feel like they are at a home-away-from home while also on a vacation. Our family had so much fun staying here. Katie was extremely friendly and responsive. The house was family friendly & let in lots of natural light. It was close to the beach, bowling, the Tillamook Creamery. The private hot tub was loved by all. Would recommend.

We spent two nights in this wonderful home in Seaside and absolutely loved it! The house is clean, cozy, and filled with love and care for its guests. It’s perfect for families with children — everything you might need is thoughtfully provided, from a crib for little ones to a fantastic game room in the garage. The hot tub was clean and well-maintained, always at the perfect temperature. We also used the grill, and everything worked perfectly. We truly felt at home here. I highly recommend this place, and if we ever come back to Seaside, we would definitely stay here again!

This home was perfect for us as well as our 2 dogs. The enclosed porch and side yard was a bonus and gave me such peace of mind that our dogs would be safe and secure outdoors. You would never know this was a pet friendly home. It was super clean and did not smell of pets at all. Location was ideal- We took several walks to the beach with the pups, went clamming, and walked to near by restaurants. The home was ideal for us, we would absolutely stay again.

Chris & John’s place was beyond our expectations. We loved every day we spent there and had us constantly considering moving here 😄. Chris was very helpful and responsive and we had no issue with the home. Great restaurants and things to do in Tillamook. We spent every morning on the front porch and the garden was beautiful. Can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you!

The hot tub water was very dirty when we arrived- chemicals smelled off and the water was greenish grey. However, once we told Bonnie, she had a guy there to change the water and sanitize it within an hour, so not dinging her ratings for that. Water was crystal clear/smelled great after cleaning/changing it. Everything else was great- plenty of things for the kids to do, quiet area, fenced in backyard, and very close to Pacific City.
