It is located on the 3rd floor of a 4-storey building. There is no water problem, there is a water booster. Hot water is always available. All rooms of the house are spacious and airy. There is 1 balcony. There is no elevator. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach. There is 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 2 sofa beds in the living room. I speak English fluently.

Our 1+1 apartment on the garden floor is located on the lower floor of our own building surrounded by greenery. It is in a calm and peaceful area and 7-8 minutes by car to the Cunda Bridge. It is very close to kite surfing schools and is very suitable for those who do not want to be affected by the traffic and noise of the center. Easy access to the grocery store and market. It is 10-15 minutes by car to Ayvalık State Hospital.
