Villa vacation rentals in İskele Mevkii

We would have had a nice holiday as a family. All the needs in the house were considered. Everything was clean. The host, Ms. Ayşegül, is a caring and helpful person. It was an experience I could consider staying again for this area and would recommend to anyone.

First of all, know that you will stay in the homes of very nice people, which are just as beautiful. Although the location of the house is very close to Altınkum beach and the center, it is in a very peaceful area. The table and swing in the garden create ideal conditions for breakfast and coffee. The house consists of 3 floors, 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens. There is also a WC on each floor and a bathroom on the 2nd floor. The house is clean and there are enough materials in the kitchen to meet all your needs. The hosts are already living next door and are eager to help in case of a problem or need. We enjoyed our stay very much. We won't look for another place to stay around Akçay anymore.

It was a spotless pyrillic house. It has a tidy and well-maintained garden. It's really a place where you can get ice with quiet nature. Mr. Bayram left the wood shed open for somine, and we never had to carry wood. Very subtle and thoughtful behavior. In other places I go, bring your own wood or I don't know how many tl… you can choose it without thinking. Somina works incredibly well. The feeling never smoke. The rainy atmosphere is another sunny weather, another beautiful one. The bedrooms have AC in the bedrooms. It has automatic shuttered windows. We were satisfied. There are many reasons to choose it again.

We had a very nice 3 days as a family at Mr. Ünal's house. The street where the house is located was calm and peaceful. In terms of location, it was 7-8 minutes on foot to Akçay Kordon. The entrance to the house starts from the 2nd floor from the side stairs. The entrance also has a large balcony, if you are going to have breakfast, it will be easier to serve here as the kitchen is right at the entrance. But we preferred to do all the cooking on the upper floor balcony, which is very spacious and has a view of the Kaz Mountains, there is also a barbecue on the upper floor balcony. If we go inside the house, it is a house with 4 rooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 double beds and 5 single beds, which is extremely suitable for large families to stay comfortably. There was almost all the equipment in the kitchen. The bathrooms were very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. There was a ceiling fan in all rooms except the upstairs living room, and it worked very efficiently. I thank Mr. Unal and if you are coming to the Akçay region, I recommend this house to everyone with peace of mind.

Great location. Walking distance to core of everything.

First of all, they were quick to support finding the house at the first check-in. The photos and the amenities were exactly the same. There are beach, sun loungers, showers, umbrellas belonging to the site. The sea is within walking distance, but you can get there by car called rickshaw. If you are coming by car, it is 4 and 5 minutes away from grocery stores such as shock and bim. The on-site market doesn't have everything, but you can get basic food. The site is very quiet and an ideal place to relax. The view is visible from all the rooms and you wake up to the sea. But if you want a more fun vacation, it may not be ideal. Places such as Ayvalik, Akçay, Ören, Burhaniye can be reached for 30-40 minutes by private car. In this way, you can stay in a central location. Ms. Vesile and her son answered our questions about everything, and they called and took care of it during the holiday. It was a nice vacation experience for us. Thanks again ☺️

The house was really characterful and beautifully restored, clean and all the electronic items inside were working properly, and most importantly for me, I never saw a bug :) Staying here made me feel like I was living in Ayvalık, as it was close to the center and I could easily reach the bays. It was a very nice experience for those who want to feel the spirit of Ayvalık 🥰

We stayed at Savaş (Baris) 's house for 3 days and everything was perfect. The house was extremely comfortable, clean and had everything we could need. Being very close to the sea was a big advantage. The setting was quite calm and beautiful, we had a really relaxing experience. Thank you so much for your interest and hospitality in the host, everything was great. A place we would definitely want to stay again and recommend.

Mrs. Meltem and Mr. Fuat helped us a lot in everything from the beginning of the process. Everything in the house was as promised in the ad and complete. We encountered a clean and spacious house. Since the location is very central, it provided us with great comfort in every sense. Cunda is a place that can be preferred with peace of mind.

Staying in this home was truly a wonderful experience! The house was even more beautiful than the photos and was definitely clean; every corner was carefully prepared. Even the little details were thought out, which made us feel very comfortable and at home. The decoration was tasteful, the items were of good quality and useful. It was also very advantageous in terms of location; we could easily reach everywhere. The host was extremely caring and helpful, responded quickly to all our questions and was very polite throughout the process. We would definitely like to come again and I recommend this beautiful house to everyone with peace of mind.

Mr. Mehmet and his wife took very good care of us. The house was very clean and spacious, a very peaceful area. They even helped us find a taxi. There was everything in the house, you can just take your suitcase and go. Kitchen utensils were quite sufficient. We never had any shortages while cooking. Everything was thought of and provided, even spices. You can trust with your eyes closed:)

Ms. Nermin is a very caring host. She gave us very clear answers to every question and offered recommendations from local places. We had a lot of wind on our vacation, so we couldn't swim in the sea, but the house allowed us to relax. 15 minutes to the center by car as a location. The only problem is that there is no grocery store nearby, but there is no problem when you buy from the center and freeze. We had a good stay to relax. Would recommend

Our hosts Evrim and Dila was always responsive, proactive, friendly and helpful. The house was perfect: wonderful view of sea and mountains, quiet and peaceful, within nature. House is big enough for 3 families, with lots of space. The village is so nice to walk. The beach is also cool, very friendly service, great food and a cold but crystal clear sea. We’ve even saw the dolphins. Internet is a bit slow, but mobile coverage is good enough, and you rally should avoid internet :) Interiors are lovely and tasty. Great big kitchen to cook. We didn’t need to eat outside. Just go to bazaar in Ayvqcık or Kucukkuyu, buy some fresh and juicy fruit, vegetables, even meat, and cook foryourself. In summary, we really loved the house, surrounding environment, and our hosts. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a quiet, romantic and natural getaway.

We stayed for 2 nights, Mr. Ismail was very hospitable. Taylıeli village was calm and peaceful. The views of the villa, especially at sunrise and sunset, were wonderful. We also took advantage of Mr. Ismail's guide and toured the area beautifully. We brought our parents and they had a calm and peaceful holiday. The beds, towels, everything in the house was clean, we just felt the need to sweep and wipe the floors, it was a little dusty, otherwise there was no problem with cleaning. The kitchen was clean and had basic supplies, my only criticism is that some items such as the toaster and tea maker might need to be replaced. We had a nice 2 days in general, Mr. Ismail was always open to help. We'd love to come back.

The services offered by Ms. Sena and Ms. Aysel are extremely great and they did not get us to call our house, we felt like we had been neighbors with them for years, we left with very nice feelings, a family environment where you can go without thinking, for their close attention and interest in them, thank you again for their close attention and interest.

The pictures don’t lie. This was one of the most beautiful, peaceful, and private Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. And the price was incredible compared to what we normally pay in the US for comparable properties. This property is actually part of a hotel and the service was incredible. We had beautiful and bountiful breakfasts delivered to our patio each morning. The staff answered our questions and odd requests quickly and kindly. I can’t wait to come back and swim in that private pool with the most incredible view! A rental car is a must though. It’s not really a walkable distance to anything. Plus it’s so fun to explore the island!
