Vacation rentals with breakfast in Assoro

I spent a wonderful month in this location - it's clean and comfortable with good wifi for remote working - perfect for what I was after. Maria is a wonderful host who is always responsive and cleaned the place once a week while leaving me nice things for breakfast! She even gave me a lift to and from Catania (c.10km) with my heavy suitcase. Trecastagni is a pleasant town on the slopes of Etna with accessible supermarkets and other essential shops as well as a some nice bars and restaurants and several churches. This location is better for those with private vehicles as the buses to/from Trecastagni are somewhat unreliable and it is a walk of several miles to the nearest train station (Acireale). However for those with vehicles it offers good access to Etna as well as other attractions in the area such as Catania and Acireale.

Tina and Luigi personally welcomed us and made sure to have everything we needed in the house to not have to worry during the stay. Breakfast food and fresh eggs included! The view of mount Etna is amazing from the house… we really enjoyed our stay!

Our favorite place that we have stayed in Sicily. A retreat from the busy cities but close enough to go and see tourist attractions, the beach and eat wonderful food. We loved sitting quietly and reading as well as walking around the home and of course, the outdoor bbq. Perfect place to eat bbq sunset meals and listen to nature. We felt well cared for, the cottage had everything we needed, recommendations were excellent. Make sure to visit the bakery in Santa Rita! Caltanisetta was also a welcoming and beautiful place. Thank you so much, we hope to return and stay much longer!

We had an amazing stay at Anastasia’s place in Cefalù! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and the charming old town, but still peaceful and relaxing. Anastasia was a wonderful host: friendly, responsive, and super helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely a 5-star stay—highly recommend to anyone visiting Cefalù!

The apartment is spacious, very clean and in a good location. Massimiliano was available and friendly and nice little detail: the table was already set for our breakfast, with copious groceries available. Thank you very much!

I couldn’t recommend Collesano and Francesco’s house more as a base for discovering this beautiful part of Sicily. If you want to experience the true, unspoiled, and touristically untouched Sicily — yet still be close to beautiful beaches — go for it! It’s a great base for exploring the Madonie National Park, enjoying affordable Italian food, and connecting with the warm and welcoming Sicilian people. Francesco was more than helpful with his advice, and the house is spacious, with a large terrace overlooking the rooftops of Collesano and the mountains. Can’t wait to be back!

We loved our stay here! The apartment ist super cozy and very clean and we felt very comfortable here. Roberta was amazing. She was very nice and super accommodating with early check in and late check out. She provided us with lots of snacks and drinks and took the time to give us some great restaurant and sightseeing tips. We definitely recommend staying here on your next trip to Catania!

The apartment is beautiful, clean and with everything you need to feel at home. It has a washing machine, which helps a lot. Except always ready, the place has an app with everything you need (how to get there, places to visit, eat, etc.) We would go again.

We felt very comfortable! The apartment is in the center of Cefalu, which is why restaurants and bars can be reached very quickly. The kitchen is super equipped and for two you have a lot of space in the apartment. If we come back to Cefalu, we'll stay here again.

Great location if you like to walk in the city. It seemed like every time we left the apartment we found an interesting area. The space was comfortable and clean. Also the upper outdoor space is stunning unfortunately the cloud cover/light rain didn’t allow us to enjoy. Francesca arranged indoor parking for €25/day that was one block away. Word of caution is the front door is 71 steps up with luggage. We enjoyed the daily workout. A true city experience!!!

If you like rustic Sicilian flair, this is the place to be. Whoever came up with the idea of building a conservatory with 270-degree panoramic views on the roof terrace: ingenious. We saw Etna erupt comfortably from the rooftop terrace and watched the lava. Better than TV. We had every meal there. The air conditioners make it nice and cool when needed or pump warm air into the apartment. There is a private, closed parking space. The kitchen is adequately equipped. We were there with 2 children. There was one shortcoming: no wine glasses (or we didn't find them). Check-in and check-out were completely hassle-free and individual. Clear recommendation! Thank you for sharing this great apartment with the world.

Absolutely great stay at Antonella’s with my wife and mother. Perfect location to explore Caltagirone from and incredible views of the surrounding countryside. Super responsive host and very, very clean apartment. Would love to stay here in a future trip for more than just one night!

Great!! Great apartment in the middle and yet very quiet.

Olga and Vivien were lovely, certainly the best hosts of our trip! Their hospitality is generous, warm, caring. We arrived a little late but were received like queens by Olga and the b*****s of the house. The place is quite amazing, it vibrates strong with lots of animals, plants, quiet, care! Olga cooks like a starry chef and brings a lot of joy and dynamism. Vivien is just as attentive, both are not lacking in humor and kindness:) They are rich in recommendation and experience. They are curious about their guests and take care of themselves as much as their place. They created a Bed & Breakfast in the noble sense of the word! This is a chance to cross their path. Overall we had a nice (short) stay in Cefalù. The room was very clean. Breakfast, included in the price, is very good. The parking is very nice. The bedroom overlooks the street and is therefore a little noisy. Marta is responsive, accommodating and friendly. Thank you 😊

Giusy and her family were amazing! I love the location of the peaceful and quiet surrounding. Very easy to reach and safe by car. Giusy gave us a very warm welcome and kind introduction. Home feeling of stay there with a pretty skylight garden featuring air-con. We love the homemade cake served by her. It was our birthday road trip. There are lots of nice restaurant and easy to reach to the volcano tour. Everything is perfect. Even we received daily suggestion of attractions from her. We had a very nice stay for 3 days. Super host indeed! Matteo advised me on the routes to take and was very attentive in every way. Breakfast and bedroom, superb bathroom. A super nice guy and one of the best values for money I've seen in a month in Sicily.
