Comfortable house (also as a location!) and complete with everything. Alessandra also gave us a lot of ideas on what to visit so much so that listening to her we adjusted our plans. One more detail: beautiful illustrated books available for children and a set of detergents and foods available that makes you feel "cared for". Congratulations!

I had a lovely stay at Barbara's place. I enjoyed the art on the walls and the book selection. It's a great location, just a few steps down from the main street - and a favourite pizza place, Al Mangier Bene. But it's also quiet. It's actually more spacious than I expected it to be from the photos. Communication was really clear and the instructions were laid out easily for us.

We needed a place for one night and we came across this apartment. Already in the conversations prior to the day of check-in, Valentina was helpful, polite and proactive. Upon arrival, we are greeted by Manuela's mother, who welcomes us in an extremely nice and thorough manner. They made us feel right at home. The apartment is large (even larger than what we needed) and includes every comfort. Small detail that I really liked are the hand-built boats. Very very nice. Overall, definitely recommended also for the location because I discovered that Umbertide is really a beautiful town. Thanks Valentina and Manuela

Feeruccio is a great host! The location of his apt was perfect, it was on the main square. Cafes and restaurants were right outside the door. The space was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We would be happy to stay there again.

We had a great time at Giulana’s place. Perfect location in the very center of the city. Very comfortable place, very well equipped, lot of space for everyone. The host is very collaborative for any need. Everything in the house worked well: heating, hot water, chicken, bathroom. Very recommended! The only issue is the parking if you have a car. Since the apartment is in the center of the old city you have to walk down for the parking and in the morning the center is closed for non residents cars.

We spent a few days at Paolo's charming villa. Everything went very well and we felt comfortable. Paolo is a very attentive and friendly host. We stayed at Casa Lieta for two nights and the experience was really nice. The accommodation was very clean, with attention to detail and welcoming from the first moment. The hosts were extremely kind, helpful and attentive, helping to make the stay even more enjoyable. The location is convenient and easily accessible, with the possibility of parking the car inside the property, a plus not to be underestimated. The only aspect that could be improved is the bathroom: the shower shares the space with the toilet and bidet, so, once used, the whole floor remains wet, making the use of the bathroom very uncomfortable and with the risk of slipping. Apart from this small inconvenience, we had a great time and recommend Casa Lieta to those looking for a quiet, clean stay with very kind owners.

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

Was lovely to stay at one of the apartments on Renato's estate. Renato and his wife are very kind and friendly and made us feel at home. The estate is very secluded on hilltop 5km drive from the village, with beautiful grounds providing enough privacy for individual apartments as well as a restful setting. Would love to go back next time we're in the area.

We had a wonderful stay. Silvia was very responsive, and she even brought us pizza upon our late arrival! The grounds are gorgeous and the views were incredible. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. Highly recommended.

I had an unforgettable stay at Casa Elisa, located at the foot of the beautiful Cortona. The atmosphere is magical: a perfect fusion of Tuscan tradition and modern comfort. The rooms are elegant and quite spacious, tastefully furnished and equipped with all the necessary comforts. The garden with pool is an oasis of tranquility, ideal to relax with a good book or to enjoy an aperitif at sunset. But it's the warmth and hospitality of Elisa's family that makes the stay really special. Their availability in providing information about places to visit and recommended restaurants makes all the difference. I highly recommend Casa Elisa to anyone who wants to discover the beauty of Tuscany, living an authentic and unforgettable experience.

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house. The design is thoughtful and stylish, the view is breathtaking, and the library is a real gem. Such a peaceful and inspiring space. I can brag forever about this place. Cortona town is a very small place within walls and this place is at the top of it, and walking distance to all the places inside the city walls. Outstanding restaurants, great shopping, very friendly locals. The house was perfect and made our time in Cortona memorable. I would definitely seek out this place and even change my dates if the place is not available;that is how much we enjoyed staying here. The view is astonishing. We would make our own coffee in the morning and take it a few steps up the hill so that we could enjoy the view of the valley below. Very clean with all the amenities we needed. Ashleigh is the Perfect Super Host!!!!

We had an amazing time in Italy and Giuseppe’s place help us to achieve it. Clean, organised and fully equipped with all amenities listed. The host was friendly, quick to reply and gave us great tips and options in the surroundings. Highly recommend if you visiting and staying in Perugia.

This was a great base for exploring the towns and islands on the lake as well as for day trips to Florence and Perugia. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and is very close to the town centre and the lake. It’s also set back on a quiet street away from the main road. Giovanni was helpful and responsive throughout our stay, meeting us at check-in and giving us some local recommendations. Overall, an excellent stay.

The apartment is amazing! It’s in a great location to see all the best sights in Perugia. The minimetro stops nearby and the best grocery store in town is a very short walk away. The apartment is well equipped for a long stay. We had all the pots and pans we needed to cook our meals during our month long visit. Finally, Christina is a kind a welcoming host! She provided valuable information and was very accommodating. Highly recommend!
