Quiet, clean and cosy and tucked away. Well worth the buck if you’d wanna escape to the country for a quiet weekend away. Or if you are a contractor like myself it has all the basic necessities that you need.

This place really is a little gem, I cant recommend it highly enough. Mark and Annabel are fabulous hosts and have created an oasis of tranquillity in the centre of Cambridge. Perfectly situated a couple on minutes walk from the station taking you directly to both Stansted Airport and central London and a stones throw from the bars and restaurants in Mill Road, it really is the ideal location from which to explore the best City in the UK. Mark's comprehensive "things to see and do" booklet really deserves to become the official Cambridge City visitor guide book - not that I read it obviously..... I will definitely be back.

Lovely apartment, with everything we needed, also spotlessly clean. Great location with a short walk (10 mins or so) along the river to the city centre, with some lovely pubs along the way. We enjoyed The Waterman and the Byron Bear. If you fancy punting on the river we used Let’s go Punting who were great.

It was absolute pleasant to stay in the garden studio during my visit in Cambridge. The place is just a few minutes walk to the Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute, perfect for a workshop I was attending. Complimentary milk, wine, and beer was in the fridge. have been out most of the time of the stay and only back for the bedtime. Probably did not notice every effort you spare to setup of the cozy space. But I did read a bit on the notes left by previous guests. The garden is gorgeous.

Lovely flat. Spotlessly clean, walking distance to the town centre and has parking! Cindy left clear instructions for everything and even had folders of local things to do and takeaway menus. Would highly recommend.

This is a lovely place to stay, the hosts were friendly and welcoming and the rental unit is perfect for a weekend stay. It has everything you could need and is modern and cosy. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at the Dormy House! Hugo was super responsive and friendly from first contact. The directions were easy to follow and very straightforward to access the property which is so delightful! We immediately felt at home in this spacious apartment set in an expansive private garden visited regularly by munjac deer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to self-cater which indeed we did - enjoying the long evenings eating al fresco. We did several walks from the house along the coastal path and down to the incredible sandy beach. And we appreciated the availability of a nice bath to soak in too! Trips to RSPB Titchwell, Hunstanton, Walsingham and Blakeney - all within very easy reach. We can't comment on local eateries as we didn't sample them, but Ronaldo's Norfolk ice cream available from the beach shack is amazing! Thank you Hugo & Taya for allowing us to stay in this very special place!

Perfect location with a lovely little balcony for people/ dog watching. Two minute walk to beach Nice and clean with clear instructions for everything Angie also has a stack of dvds, games etc as well as leaflets for places to see and eat. We had the perfect stay and would definitely go back

Absolutely lovely place to stay! Trudy and Bob were both so welcoming (as was Cooper the cat!) super friendly & gave us such a warm welcome on arrival! The place is lovely, super clean & comfortable! They were both so accommodating for our visit & even got some puzzles and books out for my daughter, which was so thoughtful! Thank you so much for having us & would 100% recommend. A Great Stay in Newmarket We recently spent two weeks at Carmen's place in Newmarket, from late May to early June, and it was a really enjoyable stay. When we got there, Carmen's friend Louise met us and showed us around the apartment. It's a super homely spot, which was really nice. Location-wise, it's perfect – you can easily walk to Newmarket’s town centre, and being in a gated community definitely made us feel more secure. The apartment itself had everything we needed to be self-sufficient. The WiFi was good, the bed was comfy, and they even replaced the fresh linen and towels during our stay. Plus, it was a huge help to have milk, eggs, bread, butter, tea, and coffee already there when we arrived. Carmen was also fantastic with her communication, which made everything go smoothly. We'd absolutely recommend Carmen's place for anyone visiting Newmarket!

Joanne was very welcoming and made our short stay feel like we was at home. She meet all our needs and I am glad I found this place. Will definitely be coming back for quick gateway. In the future I would advise investing in a hot tub. That would have just been perfect.

We stayed at The Loft for three nights over the weekend while I was live illustrating at a wedding at Oxnead Hall—and it couldn't have been more perfect! The location is fantastic: peaceful, beautifully presented, and just a short walk to the sea with scenic trails nearby. The accommodation itself is stunning—every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making it feel like a true home away from home. It was spotlessly clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The lovely welcome treats were such a kind touch and really appreciated after a long day. If you're thinking about booking, don't hesitate. This place is an absolute gem—we loved every minute!

We had a fantastic time here! The apartment is really wonderful - very spacious, bright and airy and spotlessly clean - and a place that we would love to return to some time. The communal gardens are very nice too, along with the surrounding villages, a delightful part of Norfolk.

Perfect for a quiet and peaceful getaway

We had a fabulous stay at Lime Tree lodge! So nice to enjoy the hot tub in the evening and relax. Very peaceful and comfortable. Thank you!

It was great time .The hot tub was clean and bubbly .The whole place was warm and fun .Best place for relaxation and staycation .The host was very helpful and responsive.Though we came late she stayed there and gave a quick orientation and even made the tub for us loved it🥰

This property was very clean throughout. Overall a very well thought out home with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those weekend cooking great food with family and friends. With both a comfortable snug around the log burner downstairs and a lovely airy sitting room upstairs with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, there’s plenty of space to enjoy your time here. A notable mention to how comfortable the beds were at Pelican Lodge. It has gated, off road parking for 2 cars, while the rear garden is secure so you can let the dog roam worry free. The wood fired hot tub and kamado bbq completed what we thought was a brilliant home for the weekend. Would 100% recommend.

Anna’s was such a wonderful place to stay for a few days. Very private and quiet, but close to so many attractions if one decided to be adventurous. The space was clean, warm and welcoming. And the hot tub was just the icing on the cake after a long day exploring. We would definitely stay here again and happily recommend to friends and family.
