Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Ashigarashimo District

The owner was fantastic and very responsive, even took us to the local grocery store. The house is on the side of the hill in an incredibly quiet and serene location with complete privacy. The outdoor hot bath was incredible, too, and a great way to relax and unwind at the end of the day. Overall it was a great place to stay and would recommend it for anyone staying in Atami.

自由に使える楽器、薪ストーブ、BBQ、檜風呂、どれも興味があり家族で一泊しました。 途中に山道で狭いところがあり、雨が降っていたため少し大変でしたが、到着後は完全プライベートな環境で楽しく快適に過ごせました。 オーナーはとても親切で話しやすい方で、色々な質問にも快く対応いただけて有り難かったです。

The house and the host were absolutely AMAZING! This was my best experience staying at an Airbnb because the host went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. Communication was perfect and the house was beautiful and VERY CLEAN. If I could rate higher I would. Will stay here again.

This is our favorite Airbnb. We’ve stayed several times now and just love it. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful view of the bay, amazing onsen. In the past, we’ve always driven our car. This is the first time we took the train and took a taxi from the airport. That was easy, and Airi-san helped us schedule a taxi to pick us up when we checked out. Highly recommended.

What a great place. Hands down one of the better airbnb experiences we’ve encountered. From the peaceful and well thought out place to all the attention to detail, the wonderful environment and views and great communication, this airbnb was really good. Also HIGHLY recommend eating at Satsuki Sushi in town - we’ve had some higher end Sushi in Tokyo but this was amazing value for money!

当日の宿泊予約でしたが快く対応してくださいました。 値段は安く、中は広く、少し使い古された印象こそあれど、満足のいく建物でした。 また沼津に行く際はぜひ泊まりたい場所です。

Wirklich schönes Ryokan mit Privaten Onsen (Tatoos sind also kein Problem)! Wir sind mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angereist (Shinkansen nach Odawara und dann Bus), braucht man etwas Zeit, Bargeld (oder Suica) und muss ggf stehen. Im Asante Inn, gibt es Wanderkarten, Essen, und wirklich nettes internationales Personal (mit Englisch kommt man also problemlos durch). (Kleiner Hinweis: falls ihr vor dem Onsen etwas essen möchtet, plant 1,5h ein- alles wird frisch gekocht und kann daher etwas dauern- besonders wenn die Lounge voll ist.) Ich hab zum ersten Mal auf einem Futon auf Tatami Matten geschlafen und es war angenehmer als gedacht 😅 Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen und den wunderschönen Garten geniessen und das heisse Onsen!

Very cozy and unique space. If you’re a fan of creative architecture and don’t mind staying a little way outside the city this is a gem.

We had a great stay at Miko’s place. Compared to other stays in Japan, Miko’s place was spacious and well laid out. The area was walkable and we enjoyed staying in a location close to a grocery store, Pharmacy and a subway line. We would stay there again.

元々の時間よりチェックインも早くできるように手伝ってくださり、途中で気になる点も早く答えてくださって楽に利用しました。 本当に平和で静かで、懐かしい感じを引き上げてくれる空間でした。 家の前の桜と川がとてもきれいでしばらく眺めていました。 今度また横浜に来るようになったら、ぜひもう一度泊まりたいです。 いい思い出を持って帰ります。 ありがとうございます。

Super moment passé dans cet Airbnb. L'ambiance est super cool et les personnes vivant ici aussi! La maison est agréable et le dortoir aussi. Il y a des chats très amicaux et mignons. L'espace cuisine collective est très convivial est c'est bien pour se poser.

I’m very grateful for the Host’s hospitality! As a photographer, I need to be at places for sunrise and the public transportation system isn’t the best. So what did the Host do? He let me use his electric bike to get around the city and lakes and it was a HUGE help! What would take me an hour and a half via bus/train took me around 30-35 minutes max to arrive. He went above and beyond to make use my stay was satisfying.

感谢我隐形工匠的房东！房间虽小，但设施齐全且用心：阅读台灯，大皮沙发座椅和靠垫以及电磁炉都是绝佳配置。尤其房东提供免费状态良好自行车要多夸几句，让我能在沼津市购物用餐以及去车站方便好多，骑车在大街有一种宾至如归的感觉。总体而言，这是去御殿场购物，去箱根泡汤，去远观近瞧富士山，以及去伊豆半岛的性价比极高的民宿。

We had booked this place initially for a different date and we had to change the changes due to travel dates change and Gaku was very helfpful and accommodating to our request, which u really appreciate. Gaku’s place is just next to Gora station which was very convenient and easy to get to. Beautiful surroundings and the terrace view is amazing. Due to bad weather we could not go to cable cat which is why we booked this place. U would recommend this place for anyone who wants to explore Hakone. One thing to note is the shared bathroom and shower among the guests as it’s already mentioned in the listing. Gaku was very responsive and helped us look for few restaurant for dinner since we had arrived late. Overall beautiful place. Thank you Gaku.

利用させて頂きました。 テントサウナにBBQ大人数でも利用可能！目と鼻の先に海やゴルフ場、日帰り温泉等！ 素晴らしいロケーションでした！ したい事なんでも出来て大変満足です。お部屋も綺麗で夜はゆっくり眠れました。是非大切な方と行ってみてはいかがでしょう。

非常に楽しい時間を過ごせました。 周囲は静かで設備や寝具等も問題ありませんでしたし、チェックインで待たされるといったこともありませんでした。 中風呂、外風呂共に温泉で満足度が高いです。 シャワーの水圧が弱かったのでそれが改善されればなお良いと思います。 (道が狭く急な坂なので車種によっては注意が必要です)

とても広く快適に過ごす事が出来ました。 食器か家電などいろいろ揃っておりましたので助かりました。 ありがとうございました。

この度はお世話になりました。水回りも綺麗でよかったです！ただ夜が大変寒かったので防寒は想像以上に準備して行ったほうがいいなと思いました。
