Ons verblijf in de kamer op het terrein van Agriturismo Floriani was heerlijk. Een welkome paar dagen uitrusten in deze prachtige en rustige omgeving. We hadden een kamer op de eerste verdieping in het gebouw waar meerdere gasten verbleven. De sfeer is erg gemoedelijk en privé. Andrea is zeer gastvrij. Het ontbijt bij het hoofdgebouw is typisch Italiaans: licht en met vers fruit. Mooie uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Macerata en het zomerse operafestival.

Abgeschieden und ruhig haben wir hier entspannte Tage verbracht. Wir werden sicherlich Wiederholungstäter - als Gäste gekommen und als Freunde gegangen.

Die Gastgeberin war gerade nicht daheim, aber eine gute Freundin von ihr. Diese war sehr sympathisch, ein warmherziger lieber Mensch. Sie hat veil getan, um uns den Aufentahlt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen, das ist irh gut gelungen. Alles war wunderschön geschmackvoll dekoriert, der Frühstückstisch eine wahre Pracht. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig auf einem wunderschönen großen eher natürlichen Grundstück mit vielen Sitzplätzen in der Sonne und im Schatten. Unser Zimmer war nett und sauber. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Unterkunft war Dank der präzisen Anweisungen und zusätzlicher Fotos zur Verdeutlichung sehr gut zu erreichen. Gemeinschaftsräume (Wohnzimmer und Badezimmer) waren bei unserer Ankunft sauber. Unser Zimmer war ebenfalls sehr sauber, alles nötige war wie beschrieben vorhanden. Die Innenstadt und der Strand liegen ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg von der Unterkunft entfernt, was jedoch kein Problem war. Die Wohnung ist recht hellhörig, dadurch hörten wir z.B. das Schreien den Kindes von Nachbarn und auch die Musik einer Bar von der Straße im Zimmer. Dies ist aber in einer Stadt wie Pescara nicht unüblich und hat uns daher nicht gestört oder überrascht. Das Bett war sehr bequem, großes Lob an den Vermieter.

Prima volta in questa struttura ma ci è rimasta nel cuore. Marco è stato caloroso e disponibile. Parcheggio gratuito nella proprietà. La camera è bellissima e moderna, dotata dinogni confort. Pulitissima e ed estremamente funzionale. Ogni stanza è dotata di un balcone privato con tavolo e sedie. Possibilità di rifornirsi di acqua fresca dal boccione in corridoio. Area tranquilla e riparata da cui è facilissimo raggiungere il mare o il centro. Colazione ottima e varia , sempre presenti i dolci fatti in casa. Spero di poter tornare presto

I had a lovely stay with Paola. Her house is beautiful and the scenery around is stunning. She cooked us a delicious dinner and talked about life - she gave me good advice and her English is definitely better than she says it is! She was very kind and I appreciated the experience. The room was comfortable and clean. I was the only guest but I’m sure with more it would still be a very pleasant stay. Thank you again Paola, and if I ever find myself in Padula again I’ll be back again to visit.
