Mattia and Ezio's house is very nice, with attention to detail and immersed in a wonderful and relaxing environment. The house and garden have all the amenities you can want, even what you don't expect! Mattia and Ezio were more than kind and made us feel at home and pampered. Highly recommended and replicated experience!

We stayed for the night at Sandra’s to rest during the night. Sandra is super responsive and we enjoyed our stay at her place. It is located in a beautiful region of Italy and is the perfect spot for those looking for a quiet place nestled in the mountains.

Simple, uncomplicated handover of the key. Claudio responded reliably and quickly. Very nice reception and everything you need was available. The apartment was also kept very clean! We were very impressed by the friendliness of the owners and the beautiful apartment. We were provided with directions and were able to ask the hosts any questions, so very helpful. As I said, we were very enthusiastic and can only recommend the accommodation! :)

I needed a place to stay in Spoltore village, so I didn't need to move around. The accommodation is practically in the center with all the necessary amenities within walking distance. Great for two people. A third guest will have to adapt to a sofa bed in the living room.

Germano was an amazing host. Very courteous, responsive and thoughtful . The home was exactly what we were hoping and exactly as shown on the web.

Sergio was a fantastic host! He welcomed us with a smile in the house, offering us the exquisite harvest of his garden. In the house there was water, coffee, croissants and milk as well as numerous spices and oil. The house was very clean and very spacious. After three days, the towels were also changed. Sergio gave us information about the area and restaurants in the vicinity. Absolutely recommended!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and as described. Everything was very clean and the towels smelled really good and fresh, as did the bedding. Francesca is super friendly and always available and was also immediately helpful when there was something. We always traveled by car, you could also walk but since it goes very steeply uphill, we didn't do that in the heat. You can definitely see the sea from up there when you stand on the street, which is very nice. We felt comfortable in everything. In this sense, once again many best regards, Francesca

It was a pleasure working with them. I would definitely stay again. The area is a working class area. But close to downtown. Grocery store right across the street. You can park in that lot for free. The views from the large rooftop deck were beautiful. Especially if the snow capped mountains to the west and north. The fireplace is decorative only.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is great value, spacious and well-equipped. The shower is rather small but everything else is generously proportioned. We particularly liked the large balcony. It was easy to park for free on the street outside. There are two flights of stairs to reach the apartment. Chieti Scalo has lots of shops and some well-priced restaurants and it makes a great base for exploring the area. Chiara was super friendly and made us very welcome.

Stefano's apartment is modern, stylish, and tastefully designed and has a nice terrace. It is located in a central part of the town. Stefano is a good communicator, check-in and check out process was easy. Paying for our breakfast at a very nice nearby bar was a nice touch. We enjoy our stay and wish it was longer. At first, I was a little dazed because I didn't know what to expect. Little by little, I was able to breathe and respect all the beauty of an ancient villa with its high ceilings and frescoes on the walls. The very clean room and attention to detail made the stay very pleasant. Very detailed check-in explanations, the place is always warm. The perfect breakfast with delicious fresh eggs from the chicken coop. In short, I can only speak well and surely if I go back there this will be my accommodation again. Thank you very much

Friendly welcome and clean accommodation, generous breakfast. It's not close to the center, so if you don't have a means of transportation it's inconvenient. Otherwise, everything will be perfect.

Charming and quiet location, a real little slice of paradise. Tamara and Albert are super welcoming hosts. There are several pets on site, all very sociable. Breakfast is simply out of this world: all fresh ingredients (eggs collected directly from their hen house!). Super recommended!
