Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great stay. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

Immediately upon arrival, we were greeted by Fausto. With a translation app, everything was communicated to us. I think his friendly face makes everyone happy.😀 An atmospheric fenced garden where our 2 large dogs had a wonderful time. Very nice that there was air conditioning available. The bed was great! Nothing was missing. Oh yes, the cheese slicer😀😀, but it is often missing abroad😀. The house is located within a small complex that could be closed. The sea can be reached within 7 minutes by car. It's not busy at all this time of year. We had 1 week of 30 degrees and blue sky. Fausto responds almost immediately to your questions. We visited: caves, fano, Loreto, Torre di palme and the sea. We would recommend this house!

We were hosted very well by Ilaria and her mom. The explanations were perfect and complete. The accommodation was as described, large, clean, quiet and well-equipped. The surrounding area is gorgeous. thanks for everything.

Both Stefania and her parents were very helpful, friendly and accommodating and they were always available if we needed anything. The home is beautiful and in a stunning location, that is not too far from either the mountains or towns and shops. Thank you for the amazing stay!

If you like the countryside, this is the place to be. Beautiful Pineto beach is just 30 mins away. Lovely wineries within 30 - 45 mins. If you appreciate nature and beautiful mountain drives + going to the beach, you’ve found it. 💕🙏

Beautiful apartment, decorated in Italian style. Very clean. Fully equipped, the apartment had everything you needed and even more. Great location, 3-minute walk to the sea, max 10 minutes to the center. In a quiet neighborhood. Mrs. Simonetta is very nice and communicative. At the very beginning, she showed us places to go, recommended the best restaurants, and even ordered a taxi to the airport for a specific time. We are very pleased and we will definitely stay there when we visit Pescarze.

We had a wonderful Easter vacation with the family (me, my wife and our two children aged 2 and 8). The newly renovated apartment is cozy, warm and smells of wood. Equipped with all comforts, with equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds, it immediately made us feel at home. The garden is spacious and well-kept, perfect for relaxing while the kids play. The family dog, polite and very sweet, kept our kids company for hours: they had a lot of fun playing ball together! A special mention goes to Stefano and Stefania, the owners: kind, helpful and always attentive, they welcomed us with warmth and hospitality. It's rare to find such an authentic place, where you really feel like family. An unforgettable Easter. Highly recommended for those looking for tranquility, nature and an honest welcome.

Me and my partner spent 10 days at Dino‘s and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Starting from the excellent communication beforehand, the warm welcome at the apartment all up to the personal selected recommendations for hikes and restaurants. The flat had everything we needed, including a welcome gift and was very clean and tidy. The surroundings are quiet and there’s even a winery with excellent Passerina to buy next door. The stay exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to spend our next holidays at ‚casa dolci marche‘.

The description is exactly at the house. Lots of privacy. Fantastic view. Very clean and very friendly host. Warmly welcomed upon arrival and a clear explanation. There are two real booklets made with tips to do in the area. Furthermore, the private chef is highly recommended. Super good food and learned a lot about Italian cuisine. Patience with cooking is the magic word. Simple, but oh so tasty. Luca is a really friendly chef. The house is cozily furnished with all amenities. We were able to enjoy the garden and pool (partly because of the very nice weather). Despite the time of the year and water temperature 18 degrees, we regularly sat around the pool and were able to have a drink and swim. We can't wait to go again. We stayed as a group of 16 and had an unforgettable time! The house is truly incredible, set in a stunning and peaceful location with breathtaking views of over 17 towns. It’s even more beautiful than in the photos, and the pool was a real highlight. The property matched the description perfectly and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped for large groups, which made cooking together a pleasure. Finally, our host was exceptionally kind and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. We would absolutely love to come back!

We were guests on New Year's Eve and it was only a positive experience. A slightly difficult area to reach, using a suitable car on unpaved roads is recommended. Maja was very nice and approachable, during the days the house was heated and very welcoming.

Really lovely rustic house in a beautiful location amongst olive trees. Tamsin was a great host, promptly answering any queries we had and making good recommendations. Veg plot was a great bonus for easy salads on hot days! We had a lovely trip!

All NEW furnishings felt as if I was the first to ever stay there. The renovations of the apartment were so nicely done. The 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms were all spotless. Their cleaning folks do an absolutely incredible job, there was not one spec of dust to be found ANYWHERE. Large showers. Fully equipped kitchen (minus microwave). Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There are 3 separate balconies to enjoy the view from all angles. Best part of the place by far. Enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine at night (both kindly provided by host at check-in) while experiencing a panoramic view of both the sea and the mountains is really my picture perfect vacation getaway. I would 100% recommend and stay here again, this place is absolutely 5 stars!

If you are looking for a quiet and isolated place in the Abbruzzese countryside, this is the ideal place. Just a few minutes from the sea, and a few minutes from the mountains! Also ideal for reaching historical and religious places in the area! The apartment consists of a very large bedroom, carved from the ancient walls of the original house, where the arched ceiling takes you back in time. The kitchen is small and limited, but sufficient to prepare a simple meal! Dante and Annalisa are very friendly, attentive to our needs, always available and have also offered access to their countryside and allowed us to collect fruit directly from their trees!

It's like visiting grandma's house. Everything is well maintained and has the charm of a cozy, small apartment from the 1960s with appropriate furnishings. Alessio is very friendly and helpful. He picked me up from the train station despite a considerable delay of my train and helped with the luggage. Because I arrived so late, I couldn't go shopping for breakfast. But that was no problem, because there were juices and yogurt in the refrigerator. In addition, milk, small cakes and coffee and on the table was a fresh bouquet of flowers. So you really feel welcome and the apartment is not a sterile hotel room, but a real home with soul. Glad to come back!
