Enjoy nature 400 meters from the central square of Ascoli. You can get to the center with a walk. House with garden overlooking the river and the Papal Paper Mill. A quiet and peaceful place. You will be greeted by the warmth of the rustic environment of a typical Italian house, built by my grandfather in 1922, with exposed stone masonry. The apartment centrally located, cosy and affordable. Located in the historic center of Norcia, in the Sibillini National Park. The apartment is part of an old building completely renovated in 1993 according to anti-seismic regulations. It has not suffered any damage from the recent earthquake of 24 August 2016 and following.
