An architecturally sleek, light-filled apartment surrounded by meadows, forest, and mountains—modern, stylish, and consciously minimalist. Here, you will stay in the middle of nature, with maximum privacy and a mountain panorama. In the garden, there is a wooden sauna with sweeping views over the deer enclosure and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on a small organic farm that I run according to permaculture principles. There are deer in the meadows, as well as chickens, bees, cats, and a fish pond.

Surrounded by 2 hectares of meadow, 1 hectare of forest, a place for retreat, for family vacations, for "Simply being in Hollenstein". Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag bike path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house when the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

Welcome to Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cozy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping spaces. Bewusst wird auf einen Fernseher verzichtet, um den Erholungsfaktor zu erhöhen. Zudem wird auf natürliche Bauweise und naturbehandelte Möbel großen Wert gelegt.

A well-equipped, somewhat outdated kitchen awaits you. Bathroom and toilet are separated. Two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a cozy living room are available. In the garden there are cozy places where you can enjoy the sunset and the magnificent views.
