very comfortable apartment - we stayed a week but you could easily stay here for a month. spacious (two bathrooms, big kitchen, lounge and bedroom), well-stocked kitchen for cooking and a 24/7 supermarket on the ground floor of the building. pool and small gym on the rooftop. TV with Netflix. comfortable bed. balcony. AC. self check-in, which was helpful since we arrived at 5am. we really enjoyed our time here. thanks, Mohammed!

I had a wonderful stay at Waleed’s apartment in Al Khuwair, central Muscat. The location is peaceful yet very central—close to iconic sites, shopping malls, and all the amenities you could need. The apartment is in a quiet block and has stunning views of the sand dunes and even the NJ Muscat sign on Mount Al Jabel. It really feels like you’re surrounded by beauty on all sides. The living room is spacious and inviting, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and fully functional. The photos are an accurate representation of the home, and check-in was smooth and straightforward. Waleed and his team were incredibly welcoming, efficient, and always accessible whenever we needed anything. The home felt safe and secure, and it was easy to find. I stayed with my sister and husband, and we also had family visit us a couple of times—they were really impressed and reassured to see that we were in such a lovely and well-kept space. Mohammad was an exceptional host! From being incredibly responsive and accommodating to providing a fantastic place, he truly earned his title as a Superhost. My parents stayed for a week, and everything was exactly as described—they felt completely at home. Another bonus was the apartment’s prime location in a well-connected area, with convenient access to major malls. Highly recommended!

Of all of the AirBnBs I have stayed at, Tina is by far one of the best hosts. Not only was the check-in process a breeze and the apartment exactly as described, she made herself available to answer questions, even helping me get care when I had a medical emergency. 10/10 would recommend.

A great place. Very well-located at the center of Muscat. A few minutes away by car to attractions and malls. There are a variety of shops two-minute walk next to the building. The apartment itself is very well-maintained, very clean, has all the equipments. Mehran and Pani were very responsive and very welcoming. Will definitely book again once back in Muscat!

One word to describe the apartment- Fun! Perfect for a group trip, incredible views from the bedrooms, the funky layout and terrace area made it all the more charming. Bathrooms and bedding were all pristine and well-stocked. Check-in and checkout couldn’t have been easier. Chris was super responsive and connected us with a wonderful tour guide for a day trip all around the east coast of Oman. Our first time visiting Sifah and we’ll definitely be returning. The location was stunning, with so many restaurants and quaint shops within walking distance. Super helpful to have a convenience store opposite the building as well. A 10/10 stay, really well thought-out property, with tons of fun character.

Peaceful and Tranquil Setting! We had a truly wonderful stay at the villa. The setting was incredibly private, offering uninterrupted views of the stunning Hajar Mountains. During my one-day stay at the Old Muscat property, I experienced a villa with great potential. The spacious home is modern and well-designed, featuring a convenient lift that adds an extra touch of luxury. Although the villa appears nearly new and the beds are comfortable, a few details need improvement. For instance, towels – even hand towels – were missing from every room, and the rooftop lacked chairs, tables, or a barbeque grill. Also, there was no washing machine or provided drinking water. Nonetheless, these minor oversights can be easily fixed. Nestled in the heart of Old Muscat, the villa is ideally located just minutes from the old Souq, Corniche, Al Alam Palace, and the National Museum of Oman. The property is clean, elegant, and perfect for families. Asaad was exceptionally responsive and helpful, ensuring a cozy, pleasant stay. I highly recommend this charming retreat for anyone visiting Muscat. A delightful stay in a calm oasis. Truly 10/10 experience!

If you want a private and beautiful location which is away from everything, this is the place. The villa is clean and everything works. You are living amongst the locals and everyone is welcoming. Do not think this is a place where you can dress in bikinis and have loud music playing all day long. Respect the locals. What makes this place even more special is the host who is better that a butler and resolves all your problems instantly. Nice local restaurants and a mini market to buy small snacks. Just to point out there is no front or rear garden at the property. You are within walls, which is a good thing as it is a hot country. The pool is within the building so easy access all day long for kids. If you have kids or stupid adults with you be careful you don't brake anything in the villa as you will be paying for it. Basically respect other people's stuff.

We wanted a relaxing weekend in a peaceful environment and Mahir’s place delivered. Bonuses are the sea and beach in front and dramatic mountains behind.

Dream location, sublime Mediterranean-style apartment/villa, residential area... Everything was at a level of excellence rarely seen! What did my friends and I love? Absolutely everything! What did we dislike? The moment we had to leave the apartment to return to Paris...! Zahir and his team are as discreet as they are friendly, as efficient as they are professional. The beautiful Qurum Beach can be reached after a good jog, a huge, very busy hypermarket is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, and peace and quiet is guaranteed! Super comfortable place close to Qurum Beach. A big supermarket and many restaurants were just 2-3 minutes away on foot. The apartment had everything and needed and more, it was just me so the 2 rooms and 3 bathrooms were more than enough room for me 😂 felt like home though, highly recommend

Khalid is such a nice person and a great host! The check-in was smooth, and I even managed an early check-in without any issues. He loves the beaches—if you’re a beach person, just talk with Khalid and he’ll suggest the best spots. If you enjoy walking and exploring, Khalid is your guy. He’s visited many great places and is always willing to recommend them or even take guests himself, just as he mentions in the listing. He offers free snorkeling, which was a fun bonus. Khalid truly loves the sea and has a very relaxed, friendly vibe. He never interfered in anything during my stay and was always helpful when needed. He’s also eco-friendly, which I really appreciate. Overall, Khalid is 10/10 and I highly recommend staying at his place if you’re in Muscat. If you’re a walker, you’ll love this location—nearby is Lulu Supermarket and Mutrah Corniche is also within walking distance. A perfect spot for a chill, beachy getaway!

Zahir’s place is big and spacious for a family of five. Very convenient to have a washing machine as we had been traveling for a while. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. Zahir is a fantastic host and very responsive and accommodating with our requests.

Dana’s place was wonderful, and she was an incredible host. I would absolutely stay there again!

the place was amazing .. much better than the photos .. the beach was near. we accessed the Jumeirah muscat bay hotel with a paid daily pass since we didn't brought an umbrella with us .. still anyone can use the free beach.. much recommend
