Vacation rentals with beach access in As Sifah

Very nice place in Muscat. Not many places are available in Oman with good Airbnb. This place is definitely one of the better options. Ibrahim was gracious and accommodating on everything. Will surely stay again. Highly recommended.

Karin is an excellent host with an absolute gem of a property! We were greeted on arrival and shown around the very clean and beautifully smelling property. We had come prepared but there wasn’t any need, as EVERYTHING we could possibly need was already there. From coffee to shower gel! It really felt like a home away from home. The roof top space was exceptional, with a BBQ, sun loungers, dining spaces, dreamy lights and the most beautiful plants! Our favourite part was the view and location! We really couldn’t have asked for more and our children didn’t want to ever leave! Thank you for sharing your wonderful property with us. It was such a big part of Oman experience and a trip we will never forget. Your recommendations, especially our trip to the Dimaniyat Islands were much appreciated. We can’t imagine visiting Onan again and not staying here, so we hope we will meet again one day!

Amazing

A great apartment equipped with all the utilities and with a nice view from the terrace. Everything was great. The host Namariq was very responsive and provided us with clear information about check-in. We felt at home. A quiet place and very suitable for an unforgettable vacation. We hope to come back again!

Top Choice for everyone who is looking for a solid homebase to make some daytrips. The Apartment offers everything you need - we are out most of the day, so we have no special needs. The only thing that did Not work for us was the usage of the Pool (we were told its for hotel guests only). All in all we had a very good time and would definitely recommend the place. Thanks Basel for having us!

staying at Yahya's place felt like staying at your friends house. Yahya actually invited me for sheesha and we had a great conversation about Oman and family. the place was great and especially the neighborhood. would definitely come back and recommend.

It was the well deserved break my family and self were looking for The rooms were very spaciouss. Furniture good quality and the villa overall was amazing we really really enjoyed the stay a lot. If your looking to be in Sifa and excluded from the Sifa crowed than this is the right place .very well kept property will surely be back again

If you want a private and beautiful location which is away from everything, this is the place. The villa is clean and everything works. You are living amongst the locals and everyone is welcoming. Do not think this is a place where you can dress in bikinis and have loud music playing all day long. Respect the locals. What makes this place even more special is the host who is better that a butler and resolves all your problems instantly. Nice local restaurants and a mini market to buy small snacks. Just to point out there is no front or rear garden at the property. You are within walls, which is a good thing as it is a hot country. The pool is within the building so easy access all day long for kids. If you have kids or stupid adults with you be careful you don't brake anything in the villa as you will be paying for it. Basically respect other people's stuff.

It’s a gorgeous place, went there during eid holidays. The house the vibe the neighbourhood everything is amazing. The host particularly was very sweet and very proactive. Would give this place a 10:/10

Stayed at Majid’s house with my family and it was a fantastic house. Has everything you could dream of and close to the beach. Was especially nice with the elevator for my elderly parents and kids room for our little daughter. Would definitely recommend to anyone and Majid was super helpful and quick to respond. Only thing I would improve are the the photos on Airbnb. The place is even nicer in real life than the photos show :)

Bader’s place was amazing for my family and I. The place was very clean, the host left us food and drink when we arrived. Bader was a great host, very responsive with extremely clear instructions and insights. The accommodation is in a very nice neighborhood, the pool and gym in the building very clean. I would definitely recommend staying at Bader’s place.

Bader was a great host, really friendly, quick to communicate and help/deliver anything we needed. The apartment was clean (although a little wear and tear is showing) and had plenty of space for cooking and hanging out. We appreciated having access to a washing machine and clothes dried quickly on the balcony. There is is a grocery store downstairs which was handy (also makes a good drop-off point for taxis) and parking was free and easy. Thank you again for hosting!

Our host was most supportive and kind throughout our stay. The apartment and its location are exactly as described and our host prepared a very warm welcome that was above and beyond. Furthermore, the tranquility of the area and the atmosphere of the apartment made for a great year end vacation.

A lovely and homely apartment with fantastic views which comes highly recommended. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Sukoon correspondence was excellent - friendly, helpful and responsive. The location was near Chedi hotel which we used for a day pass to the pool, and a public beach is a short walk away also. A great stay overall!

Dream location, sublime Mediterranean-style apartment/villa, residential area... Everything was at a level of excellence rarely seen! What did my friends and I love? Absolutely everything! What did we dislike? The moment we had to leave the apartment to return to Paris...! Zahir and his team are as discreet as they are friendly, as efficient as they are professional. An experience to relive without a second thought. An AirBNB product to recommend without a shadow of a doubt. The beautiful Qurum Beach can be reached after a good jog, a huge, very busy hypermarket is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, and peace and quiet is guaranteed!
