Charming house in a great location in Port Navalo

Charming family home ideally located in the Gulf of Morbihan (3 min walk to the beaches of Tréno and the 3 fountains) and 5 min by bike to the ocean. Charming Port Navalo is at the end of our street, a 4-minute walk away. Quiet garden with 2 terraces. The volumes are spacious (living room 40 m2, kitchen 30 m2 and sam 25 m2), 4 bedrooms (3 double and 1 X 2 single beds) and 1 dormitory refurbished in 2021 (possibility of being 12). The house has been tastefully renovated. New bedding.

La Cachette Perdue, 300 meters from the beach, the port, this atypical small one-bedroom apartment has everything you need to relax as a couple. Mini hammam in shower, 2x seater bathtub (which is replacing the Nordic bath in photo 1) , 5.1 home cinema in the bedroom. *To have a pleasant stay in summer and winter, we lend two bikes at no extra cost. They are loaned free of charge, and are not part of the rental in case of failure, there is no recourse.

Kitchen equipped with induction hob, Tassimo,coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, fan. In the bathroom you will find a washing machine. Beautiful 43 m2 2-room apartment in a new secure residence with elevator, close to the port of Croisty, a few steps from the village of Arzon and its shops. South-facing and unobstructed view. Furnished and equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 160*200 bed. 1 living room (Dunlopillo 140*190*18 cm sofa bed). The 13 m2 terrace is equipped with an awning, a table with 4 chairs and a deck chair. WiFi is free. 1 reserved parking space in the basement.

Nice vacation home

NEW LISTING! This house with a nice south-facing garden, located in the village of Arzon, offers immediate access to the beaches of the Gulf (15 min walk, 5 by bike and 3 by car) and all the amenities of the village (local shops within 4 min walk). For walkers, the coastal trails are a 6-min walk from the house (the very pretty Anse de la Palisse) It was completely renovated this year, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
