Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Arzachena

Die Unterkunft war groß und geräumig, zwei sehr schöne sanierte Badezimmer, zwei sehr große Terrassen mit jeweils sehr gepflegtem Garten und eine dritte Dachterrasse mit Rundumblick. Die Küche besaß alles was wir brauchten inklusive einem modernen 4-Felder-Induktionsherd. Das Warmwasser funktionierte überall einwandfrei und es gab bequeme Gartenmöbel in ausreichender Anzahl. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer waren ebenfalls bequem. Im Nachbarort Santa Teresa, der in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar ist, gibt es gute und leckere Gastronomie, die wir auch mehrfach genossen haben. Die ganze Gegend hat uns toll gefallen und unser Vermieter Matteo und sein Team sind jederzeit leicht erreichbar, sollte man sie brauchen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Danke, Matteo!

Federico a été un super hôte, qui nous a accueillis très chaleureusement ! La maison est située dans un endroit très calme avec une vue incroyable et un accès privatif à la mer. Nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier des conseils de Federico qui a toujours été super réactif. C’était un réel plaisir

Das Haus war ein Paradies für uns! Nur 5 Minuten fußläufig zum perfekten Sandstrand, ein toller Garten mit Meerblick (eingezäunt, super mit kleinen Kindern), volle Ausstattung und ruhige Lage. Alessio war jederzeit zu erreichen und hat uns Tipps für die Gegend gegeben. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und kommen sicher nochmal wieder! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Francesca’s home in Cala Suaracchia exceeded all expectations! The house is well equipped and spacious, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is so much to do in the local area too- multiple different boat tours (dolphin tours too!!), boat hires, sea kayaking, and other activities are on offer from the beach just below the house, and free use of a swimming pool a short walk away. Plenty of places to explore in the nearby area, and lots of amazing snorkelling spots! Francesca responded quickly to any queries we had before and during our stay, and the local staff were friendly and helpful during our check-in and check-out. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime- we only wish we could have stayed for longer!

We had such a wonderful stay at the house, Tonino and Maddalena made us feel so welcome and gave us great tips for the area! We loved sitting under the olive trees and enjoyed the cosy house. Everything was clean, the kitchen was very well equipped and we slept very good. Thanks again for having us and being so nice and helpful ☺️

Our family loved our stay at this beautiful home. It was very peaceful and private. Gian Piero was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Home was perfectly clean with everything you need guaranteed. Walking distance to a beautiful beach for snorkeling and a grocery for food. I highly recommend this place for your next stay, you will not regret it.

Apartment is very nice! Big plus, that it is located very close to the wonderful beach with 2 restaurants and is close to Olbia . Area is quite and calm. We were staying there in the beginning of April, it felt a quite humid in the apartment. Probably because it is on the ground floor and its not hot yet. But the heating was working well and I imagine that in hot weather its a perfect place to hide from the heat:) Bed and pillows was very comfortable !! Kids were happy to sleep in a bunk bed and adores to play in the garden. Massimiliano is a very friendly and responsive host always helped with everything we asked him.

Wir waren für eine Woche in der Unterkunft mit drei Erwachsenen und einem 7-jährigen Kind. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man in einem Airbnb braucht. Fussläufig ist ein wunderschöner Strand mit glasklarem Wasser, schönen Sandstrand, Liegen, Toiletten und zwei Strandrestaurants zu erreichen. Die Preise sind dort total angemessen und der Strand scheint auch bei den Einheimischen beliebt zu sein. Weiterhin erreicht man fussläufig einen Tabakladen, einen Supermarkt und verschiedene Restaurants sowie eine Bushaltestelle. Der Zugang war super einfach und der Stellplatz auf dem Privatgelände ist einfach super. Eine tolle Unterkunft, die eine super Ausgangslage für Sardinien bietet, wenn man in Olbia landet. Alles war sehr sauber und uns hat nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist super freundlich und schnell. Am letzten Tag durften wir sogar länger als 10:00h in der Unterkunft bleiben, was uns total geholfen hat, da wir erst abends geflogen sind. Absolute Empfehlung 👍🏻

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous étions hors saison (avril) et donc c'était paisible et calme. Le logement est bien équipé, propre et conforme aux photos. Il est préférable d'avoir une voiture. On est proche d'Olbia et de beaucoup de très belles plages (en voiture) A cette époque de l'année, la circulation est ultra fluide. Fabio est un super hôte, très réactif et plein de bons conseils ! Il a su parfaitement gérer et solutionner notre petit souci de gaz le 1er jour ;-) Le check-in (merci Erika) et le check-out se sont tres bien faits.

Antonella s place was perfect for our family. Room was big , very clean with a little kitchen and a private bathroom. The place where is located is very peaceful , it has also a lovely pool with beautiful surroundings. You are 20 minutes away from beautiful beaches and very close to Olbia airport. Thanks very much Antonella for everything, you made us feel very welcomed and very comfortable.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben, sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Balkon, auf dem wir entspannte Stunden verbringen konnten. Auch das Bett war sehr bequem, wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Die Kommunikation mit Michela war sehr schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Wir verbrachten zwei Nächte in dieser Unterkunft. Uns gefiel vor allem, dass vieles in Gehdistanz erreichbar ist - sogar Ende Oktober. Leider war es regnerisch, so dass wir nie auf der Lounge oder im Garten waren. Sehr nahe am Meer! In der kleinen Küche fanden wir fast alles, beim Olivenöl half uns Nicola weiter😊. Vielen Dank

Per la mia prima volta in Sardegna cercavo un posto tranquillo con tutte le comodità di casa e questo appartamento ha soddisfatto in toto le mie esigenze. Giovanni e Antonella sono stati sempre disponibili e super gentili sia prima del nostro arrivo che durante il nostro soggiorno e al nostro arrivo ci hanno accolto con delle delizie del territorio. Inoltre hanno saputo consigliarci attività e ristoranti fantastici! La casa era molto ordinata e pulita e presentava tutto ciò che era presente nella descrizione (lavatrice, aria condizionata, wifi, ecc..). Nonostante i problemi di siccità non siamo mai rimasti senza acqua (cosa non da poco!) Mare bellissimo raggiungibile facilmente a piedi in poco meno di 10 min a piedi o in auto (c'è un ampio parcheggio a 3€ al giorno). Non potevo desiderare accoglienza e ospitalità migliore per il mio primo viaggio nella meravigliosa terra sarda! Torneremo sicuramente e speriamo il prima possibile!
