Valentina is such a wonderful and communicative host. I really liked staying at her place, it was central and just a few steps away from the marina. There is a problem with humidity in the house (maybe only during the colder season, I’d assume that it’s better during summer) but there is AC and a radiator that can help regulate this issue.

Charming restaurated house in beautiful landscape surroundings. House is clean and the host was super friendly and helpful with questions and recommendations for the area. Great location for exploring sights, beaches and nature in northern Sardinia conveniently by car. Highly recommend for a stay in Sardinia, we had a great time!

La Caletta is a beachfront location near Siniscola. The apartment is spacious enough for a couple and say, two kids. It’s compact but adequate with a nice balcony with a lovely clean fresh breeze. Decorated in beach type pastel colours it does have a nice feel to it. It has most essentials. From there we visited Olbia and the Costa Smeralda coastline- an hour away. Gianluca ensured we had everything we needed and was more than responsive.

The apartment is spacious and nice and clean, but there are only Spartan amenities. Unfortunately, there was no wifi but you can live with that. Garbage disposal is a little cumbersome, but you can bypass if you just don't produce garbage

I had such a great long stay in Marina’s place it is so hard to write briefly! Marina was so helpful, friendly and so communicative she made my stay so special! The place is even better and bigger than in photos, so elegantly decorated with no clutter and super clean! The bathroom tiles are like artwork! She has kept everything for guests’ use, even all toiletries etc. The view of Tavolara, Molara and the sea is wonderful from every window of the house! Marina helped me so much throughout my stay even took me to Olbia several times and also showered me with goodies! The place is so quiet and peaceful! There are so many amazing beaches around, all in walking distance! Even the grocery store is just down the road. It is easy to go to Olbia too and the bus also down the road but there are so many beaches and trails here even with my long stay I couldn’t go to them all! Most of all Marina and her husband treated me like family and I will never forget my stay here and would love to go back!

We had a divine time in a quiet area, complete with a fenced garden useful for children's play; independent entrance to the apartment with outdoor table and deck chairs and ample space without prying eyes: you can safely go out in your underwear that no one nearby can see... car parking in front of the entrance. Beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Freeway attached to the house. Tranquility reigns in the evening, with a deep darkness devoid of public and private lighting, with a starry sky.

The place was as described and the contact was very friendly. We had a rental car and so also the opportunity to drive to other beaches, because the one within walking distance was not our favorite. Otherwise, the apartment was great. We had space for our things and there were even umbrellas on site. We also left our purchased and the two folding chairs there. We especially liked the veranda overlooking the sea.

We experienced a warm welcome from our hosts who were very helpful to us during our stay. The space is clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed using the outdoor patio to sit. The close proximity to the airport was a plus for us, as well.

Chiara was so friendly and helpful. When I needed help, a delivery sent, or changes made to the reservation she was so responsive and kind. I had tons of questions and she didn't mind at all. The area is truly beautiful. I was there off season and it was quiet and empty (definitely needed a car for groceries) but every beach I wanted to go to was walkable. The house had everything I needed and the garden was lovely. Was a perfect month and a great price. Thank you Chiara!!!!!

The stay at Eleonora's went very well. The apartment is very easy to find. The apartment is very well organized, the kitchen very well equipped if you want to eat at the apartment. For this parking lot, it's great there are parking spaces all along the street. I would definitely recommend this apartment

Andreas's place was stunning. After two weeks of travelling the Sardinian coast, it was the perfect way to end our trip. We deliberately travelled during the off-season to avoid the hustle and bustle (Oct/ Nov). Still, even if this was not the case, Andrea's place offered unmatched peace, privacy and security. As four women, we felt we had plenty of space in the apartment, a fantastic-sized bathroom, the wardrobes for all our clothes, which were a bonus, and the decor was lovely. We could host dinners and cook comfortably in the well-stocked kitchen with full-sized appliances. Andrea was very responsive and kind in our communication throughout our stay. You must book here. This is the place for you if you want privacy and peace in an otherworldly setting. We all wished we had stayed here for our entire time in La Maddalena. Andrea, grazie millle, all prossima volta!

We had a very good time, quiet area and house equipped with everything . We didn't have internet but on this occasion we took advantage of staying together longer.

Michaela was extremely accommodating and helpful, which made us feel right at home. The place itself was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and offered a breathtaking view. We appreciated the privacy and the proximity to the beach was just ideal! Absolutely recommended!

Emanuele was very kind, the house is really equipped with everything. Supermarkets and bars a stone's throw from home. To get to downtown San Teodoro only 8 min by car, great location. It takes less than 10 minutes by car to get to the nearest beach. 100% recommended

Wonderful stay, the house was spotless, well maintained and correctly equiped. The place could use a microwave but not necessarily a must have from my point of view. Swimming pool is a nice add traveling with kids. One thing though I d mentioned, and it could be a translation issue but Olbia is not at walking distance rather 10 min by car. Other than that the beaches nearby are stunning and less crowded than the more popular ones around. Probably your best options to enjoy an afternoon at the beach nearby.

We stayed in the house last week and had a very nice week. It is a nice house, with a lovely swimming pool that you share with one other cottage. Pietro and Tania are extremely welcoming! We felt completely at home there. We would definitely want to come back here! Thank you Pietro and Tania!

We had a wonderful week at Marco's apartment. Super nice complex with great pool and several beaches within walking distance. Even with sunbeds and umbrella included. The apartment has a fantastic view of the bay of Olbia, the airport 20 min away is hard to hear. The only drawback is the extremely steep stairs to the upper floor, made us a little nervous with small children and a dishwasher is simply missing. But nothing that makes up for the insane location and view! Marco was always available quickly and easily! We will be happy to come back! Thanks again very much.

We really appreciated the privacy, the cleanliness of the apartment and the quiet area. Our two kids loved the pool so much that they sometimes wanted to stay there rather than go to the beach. The beautiful beaches of the northeast coast of Sardinia are easily accessible by car from this location (30-45 minute drive). Thanks for everything!
