Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Arzachena

The place was large and spacious, two very nice renovated bathrooms, two very large terraces each with a very well-kept garden and a third roof terrace with panoramic views. The kitchen had everything we needed including a modern 4-burner induction stove. The hot water worked perfectly everywhere and there was comfortable garden furniture in sufficient quantity. The mattresses in the bedroom were also comfortable. In the neighboring village of Santa Teresa, which is a few minutes' drive away, there is good and delicious gastronomy, which we also enjoyed several times. We liked the whole area very much and our landlord Matteo and his team are always easily accessible should you need them. We'd love to come back! Thanks, Matteo!

We stayed at the accommodation for three nights. The apartment is quietly located and larger cities such as Palau can be reached in 10-15 minutes. I would book the apartment again anytime.

Dear Claudia and Gregor, Time has passed so quickly in Costa Paradiso, what a pity! Thank you for everything, also to Marina, everything worked out so easily. The area around Costa Paradiso is fantastically beautiful. Yesterday we sailed the coast by boat. You have to be quite good on foot to get into the villa with the many steps, but since you usually only make the journey once a day, that's not a big problem. The villa is super large and spacious, furnished with a lot of love for detail and the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired! The sunset is a dream on the terrace... Restaurants are easily reached by car and also have offers for us veggies! We say: Thank you 😍

Federico was a great host, who welcomed us very warmly! The house is located in a very quiet area with incredible views and private access to the sea. We were fortunate to benefit from Federico's advice, who was always super responsive. It was a real pleasure.

We had a wonderful stay, the house is located in a very nice area and also very child-friendly. Everything was very clean, the beautiful view, the fenced garden, the short walk to the beach (approx. 5 minutes) and the private parking space behind a locked gate were very nice. Most of all, we enjoyed the tranquility and sunrises, which will always be remembered. We would come back. The host Alessio was also always accommodating and always responded to our questions very quickly. Thank you Alessio!

New and very clean apartment. Cute town but still poorly equipped for tourists. Very nice beaches 45 minutes/1h.

Amazing place. This is a large flat in a large building. The rest of the building is unrenovated so we had the whole garden and the super large balcony to ourselves. Within very easy walking distance to lovely beach - which can be heard and glimpsed through the pine trees from the balcony. New aircon/heating in both bedrooms really helps. Lots of equipment in kitchen and for the beach available.

We had a great time. The apartment and its location are also perfect for a holiday with small children. The large garden with a covered terrace offers children plenty of opportunities to get around and play in the open air. We really liked the open air shower and a barbecue space. The area is quiet and very close to the sea! After a 10-minute walk, you can reach a beautiful sandy beach with clear, shallow water. Riccardo was very helpful and sociable. It was a great holiday for us.

Apartment is very nice! Big plus, that it is located very close to the wonderful beach with 2 restaurants and is close to Olbia . Area is quite and calm. We were staying there in the beginning of April, it felt a quite humid in the apartment. Probably because it is on the ground floor and its not hot yet. But the heating was working well and I imagine that in hot weather its a perfect place to hide from the heat:) Bed and pillows was very comfortable !! Kids were happy to sleep in a bunk bed and adores to play in the garden. Massimiliano is a very friendly and responsive host always helped with everything we asked him.

This is stunning place and Simone is a great host! We loved it and will be back. The terrace is incredible and great way to start and end the day, the beds were super comfortable, the shower was great, it had all we needed and the cool box was a lovely touch. We hired a car which was great for exploring and helpful to have a good spot to park it. Amazing beaches, wonderful restaurants (a number were closed during our stay) and very close to Olbia, the airport and a nice little mall. Simone was helpful and responsive and we are grateful. We had a lovely stay in Sardinia, with our 4-year-old daughter. Very good communication with the host, responsive, and help with locations. Very nice welcome too. The accommodation is very well located and has a nice view of the island. The space is a little too dark for my taste due to exposure, the kitchen is not very ergonomic (and therefore less convenient for someone tall) and the shower is a little small. Maybe one or two cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner are missing😊. We put 5 stars because it didn't spoil our stay, and the value for money is very good.

Very nice stay. Frederica and her parents are very available and discreet. Beautiful beaches 10 minutes by car. Downtown is within a 5-minute walk, all shops. Clean and functional accommodation. Garden and flowered terrace where we had some meals and where we drank a local specialty, Mirto, delicious after a homemade coffee offered by our hosts. Very nice!

We had a pleasant vacation with a furry friend in tow in Paola's delightful apartment, very close to the sea and in a well-equipped residence. Paola also recommended a couple of good restaurants. Experience to repeat: thank you Paola!

The Hosts , Giovanni, first with his directions and Antonella during check-in and stay, are very helpful and kind. They provide much more than what's required (treats, myrtle, stroller, helpful directions) and you can see that they care about guests. The house is a good fit for the photos. Highlights: large, with large garden with barbecue where you can have lunch and dinner, convenient location for both beach and city/amenities, quiet and quiet. It's also cool even though there are no air conditioners. Areas for improvement: It is not super equipped or modern, but is still in line with expectations and super adequate for the price requested. Just to set expectations only. Ultimately, I recommend this solution especially for those like us who travel with children. The nearby beach is beautiful, but we often went to others because the sea came down a little too deeply for our little ones (but maybe it's the tides of the period). It has to be said that there is a really great "Stella Marina" restaurant nearby.

The place was one of the best we’ve stayed in Italy, and we’ve stayed in plenty of places before. It wasn’t because of the place itself but because of the hospitality in particular Mr Longobardi. I fell extremely ill on my second to last day with a throat infection and his support to aid me back to health was truly heartwarming, he stayed with me while my boyfriend went to pick up my prescriptions and constantly checked up on me until we checked out. He also did many things I cannot list on here otherwise my review will be too long! It was truly a selfless act that it is rare to find in these days… thank you so much! I really hope this review explains in detail how amazing the hosts were! Hope to see you all again soon, we will definitely be back. Grazie Mille ❤️
