La casa è un'antica abitazione rurale, "Stazzo", situata nelle campagne di Arzachena e immersa in una natura tipicamente gallurese fatta di olivastri, querce, lentischi e rocce granitiche dalle forme e dimensioni più particolari, modellate dal paziente lavoro dell'acqua e del vento attraverso i millenni. Lo Stazzo risale a metà 800, ristrutturato in parte, fedelmente all’originale, e da 5 generazioni proprietà della stessa famiglia. Luogo ideale per trovare pace e tranquillità.

It has a large outdoor space, with a granite table for dining in the cool evening air, and a large private parking lot. The house consists of a kitchen, a large living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The cottage sits high on a hill with wonderful views in seven hectares of land which it shares with two other houses, out of sight of one another. It consists of two separate blocks, one double bedroom and bathroom divided from the main body of the cottage by a few steps and a semi inclosed furnished veranda which incorporates the open plan living room/kitchen and larger bedroom with bathroom. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and in the living room.
