About 25 km to the town of Arvika. About 15 km to Edane Golf Course. Public bathing area is available at the lake Mangen, about 3 km. Wonderful year-round home. Close to nature with wildlife, forest walks and silence. You'll love our place because of the neighborhood and the outdoors space. Our accommodation is good for couples, solo traveler, business travelers and families (with kids). Car is needed as there is no public transport. Nearest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank,post office,train station and pizzeria are located in Edane, to the town of Arvika 25 km. A shorter forest walk from the property to the lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18 hole course.

Surrounded by hundreds of birch trees, this large villa is peacefully located, in the heart of Värmland. The house is located on a large nature plot, and has a modern standard and plenty of space. Our vacation home is what our city apartment in Hamburg is not. It is in the middle of nature on the lake. The tranquility invites you to relax to the fullest. It's big. We can have other families over to visit who can retreat. The views are phenomenal, no matter what the weather. The children can simply go out into the garden and play. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. The kitchen has everything you need. The fireplace makes the evenings really "hygge."

Great country house with own beach

Make memories for life in this unique and family-friendly place. Large plot to romp on. Private Beach and pier , as well as a little boat you can fish from. Great place in both summer and winter. About 15 minutes to the slalom slope and on the plot you have your own hill. Eda golf course can be reached in 15 minutes by car. It has a small barn with its own little workshop and double garage.
