It was completely renovated this year so you can enjoy a magnificent view, moments of relaxation and conviviality thanks to its large terrace, swimming pool and pétanque court. Our region is full of activities and places to discover. Winegrowers in the immediate vicinity of the cottage, we will be happy to show you around the property and taste our wines.

The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Come and relax and enjoy the exceptional setting offered by the location of this charming cottage for 4 or 6 people (150 m²) backed by a magnificent 18th century residence located on the banks of the Dordogne. You are in a magical place in the middle of a 6000 m² wooded park, very quiet and enjoy exceptional views of the river. If you are a surfer, you can try surfing the famous Mascaret de St-Pardon wave that passes at the foot of the house.

“La Volière” Gîte between two seas – Saint-Émilion

La Volière is located on a rocky promontory, overlooking a beautiful farm where a few sheep roam. Adjacent to the estate, the cottage, with its private garden, will offer you the silence of the countryside and a peaceful view. In the summer, you can enjoy access to the shared swimming pool. Many wineries around us, walks or bike rides, flea markets and garage sales depending on the period, and if you want to breathe the ocean, it's not far!
