Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Arvada

The house was in a quiet neighborhood with park within walking distance. The décor gave the place a homey feeling. There were many games, two large TVs, and dressers for storage. The beds were comfortable, there were clothes hangers, and the house temperature easily controlled. The backyard was a nice size to let the dog out and had a large patio where we played corn hole. There’s ample comfortable seating in the living room and family room. The lighting was modern and much is dimmable. As we stayed for several days, it was nice to have a large kitchen for food prep including a big refrigerator and separate drink cooler. There was a good supply of coffee too. Loading and unloading belongings were great with the attached garage and easy access. The host, Justin, was very helpful and responsive to questions.

Cozy, comfortable, and perfect for our needs while visiting the Denver area. We all slept well in the comfy beds!

The space was immaculately clean with great linens. Some reviews mentioned noise from the host family upstairs, but we found that to be minimal and not an issue at all. Directions were clear and we appreciated the communication before our arrival to make sure our arrival was smooth.

Hai was very helpful and quick to respond during our stay. We loved the outdoor space and available entertainment for the children! The children loved the hot tub and projector for movies. They also loved the private sauna afterwards that warmed us up after the rainstorm. Spacious for our multi-family get together. Would visit again!

My husband and I rented this airbnb for the week for our family. To say we were impressed with the accommodation is an understatement. The care and thought that went into making sure that the home was not only exquisitely decorated, but both comfortable and very functional. The host Pauline and Mike left us a very thoughtful guest basket full of nice little treats. Pauline knowing we had a grandson there, even had a soccer ball and football delivered to the home just because they thought he might enjoy playing with them. Worth every penny and would rent again in a heart beat. Thanks for being such wonderful hosts.

Everything was great, but be aware of parking in front on Thursdays, being we received a $50 parking ticket. The street sweeping occurs on Thursday and same thing applies for the opposite side of the street on Friday.

Such a great place to stay, with a wonderful host. Would highly recommend and if I’m ever in the Denver area again, I’ll be sure to stay here!

Travis and wendee are by far the best hosts we’ve had so far very responsive respectful and friendly hosts 5/5 very private and homey! The location is close to local restaurants and places near the University district and downtown is only 15 minutes away! Will book again in the future

Very cute space, great location. The only negative is the elevator was not working and the unit is on the 4th floor. It was fine for me, but not for those with mobility issues. Otherwise great all around!

We loved our stay! The kitchen is huge with tons of counter space, and the bathroom was clean and roomy as well. There’s an excellent couch in the living room that is big enough to sleep on, if needed. The unit was very close to town which made for an easy walk to breakfast in the morning.

This place was a fantastic find that met all of our needs for the week. The walk-up basement was furnished just as described and shown in the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the huge bathroom was really nice. We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard space was wonderful for our little chihuahua! I highly recommend this place!!

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet and cozy cabin. We were there for a graduation so only slight downside was driving back and forth to U of Colorado. That said, it was nice to be in the country and out of Boulder.

The best review I can give is that I've stayed at this Airbnb five times. Whenever I happen to be in the Denver area for work, this is my home base. Not only is the property well maintained, it's constantly being improved.

Jennifer’s place was simply wonderful. Everything you would want in a rental that felt like home. Fabulous bed, great towels, comfortable furnishings. Clearly marked labels and instructions on what’s what and how things work. Well stocked with those little things you always discover you need when traveling. Attention to detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
