Newly renovated, quiet neighbourhood great house.

It was hard to leave this place in Tipp town. So hard that we went back on our way to Dublin. Edel was great help throughout the trip and even bought us groceries before we arrived. We had our one-year-old with us and Edel had a crib and some toys waiting for us. So thoughtful! The place was really comfortable. We would have stayed longer.
The exterior of a renovated old forge is displayed, featuring a stone facade with a large, modern glass door framed by two decorative planters. The path leading to the entrance is paved with rectangular stones, and hanging flower baskets add a touch of greenery.

Welcome to Deer Keeper’s Lodge

EdelRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
we stay as we were attending a 2 day wedding in Kilshane house, Kilshane house was so expensive and William's place was half the cost, so close to Kilshane, the local taxi dropped us back after the wedding at 2.40am, we did think we would have to walk. we did struggle to access the cottage on the first day, our contact Brian arrived within 2 mins of our call and got us sorted. he was a pleasure to deal with. house is an old cottage with lots of charm, kitchen was fab and had everything we needed to be able to cook our breakfast etc. Great place, comfy beds which is always a bonus!

The Hatchery, (Sleeps 5, Parking, near Tipp town)

Tara Kelly Rating, 5 stars3 days ago
I would highly recommend Rosemary's house. It's perfect for a peaceful getaway. I went with my elderly parents and the house is all on one level easy for them to move around. Had everything you needed milk, tea bags, ect Welcome pack on arrival was lovely. It was like a home away from home. all the cooking utensils you would need. Easy check-in. Plenty of parking spaces. Within a 5 minutes drive from the town. Would highly recommend the Shamrog bistro in the town for home cooked dinners and dessert very reasonable prices. The house is a few minutes drive to the beautiful Glen of Aherlow. Rosemary is a lovely person. Will definitely be back again. Thank you Rosemary

Unique castle in beautiful surroundings

EmilyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Can’t say enough good things about our stay at Freda & Declan’s castle! Freda was very responsive to our messages, including communication about our arrival time so they could greet us and welcome us at the start of our stay. Pictures don’t do this place justice! There was more than enough room for our family (8 guests) that it still managed to feel spacious and peaceful. We were excited to explore the area, have great views of the mountains, and meet the lovely dogs they had on the property. This stay was a highlight of our trip, and we’d love to come back one day.

Stables, Illaumeen, Tipperary Town, Co Tipperary

MicheleRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Pat was a great host. Unfortunately, we were only on a flying work visit to the area, one overnight stay, so we did not have time to visit any of the local attractions. However, we did dine in a local restaurant recommended by Pat and it didn't disappoint.
