Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Neheim in einem kleinen Teilstück der Fußgängerzone mit vielen Einkaufs- und Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auf ca. 24 qm optimal für 1 Person mit genügend Bewegungsfreiheit. Aber auch zu 2 Personen lässt es sich noch ganz gut aushalten. Ein großer halbüberdachter Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit und herrlichem Panoramablick erweitert das Platzangebot. Zur Ausstattung gehören u.a. W-Lan, Smart-TV u. Waschmaschine. Ein Fahrstuhl ist auch vorhanden.

Willkommen in unserer gemütlichen Einliegerwohnung. Verbringt ein paar schöne Tage bei uns und fühlt Euch wie zu Hause. Die Wohnung befindet sich am Ende einer Sackgasse in ruhiger Lage. In 5-7 Gehminuten befinden sich ein kleiner Supermarkt, Bäcker, Bioladen ect. Das schöne Oberbergische lädt zum Wandern und Radfahren ein.Es befinden sich mehrere Talsperren in der Umgebung und es gibt noch einiges mehr zu entdecken. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, sie ist hell, geräumig, modern und sehr sauber, außerdem ruhig und fussläufig zur Stadt gelegen. Der eigene Parkplatz vor der Tür ist sehr praktisch. Die Kommunikation mit Luca war sehr nett und der Check-in dank guter Anleitung und Schlüsselbox sehr unkompliziert. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Kleiner Tipp: Die letzte Treppe ist ziemlich steil, ich hab mir immer genau überlegt was ich da hoch trage, muss ja dann alles wieder runter 😉 Top Kommunikation mit Anne, das Bett war bequem und man wird (mangels Verdunklungsmöglichkeit) von der Sonne geweckt. Ich fand’s gut so. Gern wieder!

The communications with Thomas was easy and quick We went for a long weekend in Winterberg to attend a bike festival and competition The appartment is located right next to the ski/bike park so really easy Everything we needed was there - Linens towels and the beds are really comfortable The appartment is within a big building - although probably a lot of rentals it was really quiet and we felt safe The access to the parking is not so direct but it is secure. Be careful it is 2m height max We would definitely stay here again

Die Wohnung liegt in Sackgassenlage in einem höhergelegenen Stadtteil Meschedes in Richtung des Hennesees,der auch fußläufig gut erreichbar ist. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und den großen Pluspunkt, daß sie auch bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen leicht kühlzuhalten ist. Eine eigene Sitzecke für gemütliche Abende ist im Garten vorhanden. Sicherlich kann man von hier aus viele Aktivitäten in der Umgegend und am/auf dem wunderschönen Stausee verfolgen. Wir haben aber lieber die Ruhe genossen ; ) Giulio ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber,der sowohl vor als auch während des Aufenthaltes kommunikativ und immer mit guten Tipps bei der Hand war. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir haben ein wunderschönes Wochenende mit unserer Freundesgruppe verbracht. Man konnte alles jederzeit mit Majo oder ihrem Mann besprechen. Man war sehr flexibel und konnte sich sehr gut entspannen. Vor allem die Lage am Sorpesee ist unschlagbar. Man kann sogar Fahrräder oder SUPs ausleihen :)

Eine blitzsaubere, gemütliche Wohnung in toller Lage.Pavel und Laura sind äußerst nette und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum! Es war eine großzügig geschnittene und helle Ferienwohnung mit einer super Aussicht. Es war alles sehr sauber und wir hatten alles was man braucht. Die Kommunikation vor Ort war reibungslos und wir haben uns ab der ersten Sekunde an wohl gefühlt. Wir waren auf jeden Fall nicht das letzte Mal dort. Eine klare Weiterempfehlung.
