A short Easter vacation week with a great "base station" for many excursions to the surrounding Sauerland! Great!

We stayed at the property for a weekend and were super satisfied. It was like a mini vacation. We were personally greeted with our dog and were allowed to use the beautifully landscaped garden. The apartment was very cool, which was a blessing at 30 degrees. Thanks for a great stay

There were two of us in this fantastic penthouse for three days and we were totally thrilled. The apartment is modern, well-equipped and offers real luxury with sauna and jacuzzi. Everything was super clean, quiet and ideal for relaxing. The contact with the host was friendly and straightforward. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay in Ingrid and Reinhard's really beautiful apartment. Everything is prepared with so much attention to detail, it simply has everything you need and Ingrid is a very warm and helpful host. We felt very comfortable from the first moment and did not want to go home. I immediately felt comfortable in Thomas and Anja's beautiful apartment! The communication was great and I was picked up from the main station: I thought that was super nice! :) The apartment was very clean and cleaning supplies/ vacuum cleaners were also available if you want to clean in between. Enough cooking utensils and pans, etc. I had enough shelves and wall hooks to organize everything (including a large closet!) The location is quiet but super practical: in 5 minutes' walk there is a shopping mall with supermarkets, drugstore and much more :) Several bus stops are also nearby. We had a very nice weekend in this cozy, modern and comfortable apartment. Even at outside temperatures above 30°, it was very pleasant in the apartment and we were able to spend a relaxing time with two toddlers and two babies. The apartment is spacious and very well appointed. Outside there are swings, a trampoline and plenty of space for children to play. You can tell that Nils and Caro think a lot about the well-being of their guests and make a lot of effort. Communication in advance is almost too detailed, so you can really find your way around ;) In my opinion, the price per night is very nice - most landlords would probably charge more for comparable accommodations. We would love to stay here again for a break :)

Nice and complete house in a quiet area with lovely and sunny garden. The peace seekers can explore the beautiful nature during a walk or MTB trek (by ebike). For entertainment, winterberg is within a 10 minute car ride. Susanne is very hospitable and helpful.

We were 3 couples, 2 toddlers. Size of the house was great. Everyone had their own bathroom and retreat. The pool table, hot tub and outdoor sauna were great. A baby cot and a high chair were provided on request. We didn't lack anything. Next to the house is a large meadow and right behind it a small playground. Perfect for the kids. The place Cobbenrode is not big. In Eslohe, 7 km away, there are restaurants, shopping and also gastronomy with delivery service to Cobbenrode. Nearby are June and September Karl-May-Festspiele, unfortunately we were too early for that. For an extended weekend with friends to relax or even hike, the stay is definitely worth it. Spending time together and relaxing was important to us and that's exactly what we could enjoy in this great accommodation. Anna was always quickly available for questions and could also help remotely. Thank you very much.

We were 6 girls and had a great and relaxed weekend at Eeva's! The place looked just like the photos and left nothing to be desired. The communication with Eeva went smoothly and nicely. The old town is only about 18 minutes' walk from the property. Definitely worth a visit! All in all, I'm just recommending it!

We had a great stay, we liked the entire furnishings very much, a lot of attention to detail, really cozy furnishings all around, so that you feel right at home. The loft was easy to find and communication with Pasquale was impeccable, questions were answered super quickly. We will certainly come here again.

This was a perfect stay for my husband and I, his two grow-up boys and our daughter in law. It was so peaceful and serene and we had lots of space to relax and work remotely as well. The internet was fantastic for my meetings. We were a short drive to Mohnesee Dam an Korbecke (where my husband was born 57 years ago). A wonderful place to relive those early years!

Very nice, superbly furnished chalet with attention to detail. We enjoyed the days here very much, great location overlooking the Sauerland. High-quality modern yet cozy decor, the sauna overlooking the mountains is the highlight. We will be happy to come back :)

The accommodation was completely clean upon arrival and the beds neatly made. Almost everything speaks for itself. The city center is within walking distance and if you walk down the driveway you have a view of Winterberg. Olaf was very friendly and offered us a place to store the mountain bikes. All in all, it was great!

Thanks to this great place, we spent wonderful days in the Sauerland. We felt very comfortable right from the beginning; everything was exactly as described. A spacious and very well furnished apartment with a great view of the Biggesee. The very beautiful surroundings invite you to various outdoor activities, and new views of the lake and the landscape can always be discovered. Stephanie was very friendly and helpful in her communication. An absolute recommendation for a little break!

The apartment is exactly as described. Tastefully furnished with a very nice view into the scenery. With our dog, we were able to take beautiful hikes nearby. Maik was always available and also warned us about black ice. We are happy to recommend the accommodation.

Great stay, very central and convenient location. Amazing and big terrace with many beautiful plants. Big kitchen. If you have a chance to visit Dortmund you won't regret staying here.

Modern apartment in a secluded location on the edge of the forest, very good amenities, corresponds to the description. Walls are somewhat thin. Flexible check-in, smooth communication. Highly recommended!

The home is spacious, light and clean. It was quite chilly inside at first, but with the wood stove on, we had a pleasant temperature in the cottage as quickly. The house was very fully furnished! We were by motorbike and we were given the opportunity to store the motorbikes in the garage. From this location you can take beautiful touring rides. Around the corner is a bakery/pizzeria where you can eat well and get fresh bread in the morning. We enjoyed it and felt completely comfortable. Thank you Birthe and Chris!

Very nice apartment in a beautiful setting. It is very clean and we lacked nothing for such a stay. Shopping facilities can be reached quickly by car and the possibilities for the children are sufficient. The Spielberg was the reason for our stay, it is great and if the weather deems it necessary, you have swimming pools nearby.

The stay with Michael was great. The property is close to the train station and downtown. It's everything you need in the apartment. Michael is easily accessible if something is wrong. Cheap and good place to stay for a few days in town.
