Amanda and Dhino are very attentive and flexible with check-in and check-out, the beautiful house is better than photos, the perfect pool to spend the afternoon and the patio is very cool and pleasant. The location is a little removed from downtown, but for the tranquility of the stay, it's perfect 👌 10 minutes walking to the beach and 15 minutes to the supermarkets. Good Uber connectivity and public transportation within 5 minutes. When I return to Buzios I stay there again.

Claudio's place is super clean and tidy. The spaces are well distributed, the barbecue and outdoor area is excellent. The internet and TV (open and ipTV are very good. The utensils are of good quality and serve those who like to cook. The condominium is safe and quiet, even in the period we stayed that it was a carnival. Claudio is very attentive and gave all the necessary tips and was always available. I recommend it and will be back on site.

The space matches the photos and Kátia was always very requested, quickly answering any questioning. Well located environment, quiet and safe to leave a car on the street. There are many restaurants nearby as well as a mall next door.

The service provided by the person who looks after the house was impeccable, attentive, helpful and very competent. The house is 100% bright and functional, and it's at the foot of the beach. Everything is perfect and I'm not exaggerating. Brazil is beautiful and much of that is because of its people. Ferradura beach is always protected from the winds of the four quadrants, so you can swim without problems on its beach.

We were on the extended Holy Week holiday with a group of 24 people and the house behaved very well for everyone. The house is just as it was described in the ad. Dandara responded promptly to me in all my requests. The house is beautiful, the kitchen is very well equipped and we do not miss anything during our stay. A great house, with all the details very well finished, spectacular diarist and great brokers. The only caveats would be an improvement in the barbecue and inform that the bedroom with a bunk bed is part of the dependency, but these are constructive criticisms. My family became a customer!! We loved the stay at Frederic's house, Claudinha is exceptional, polite, charismatic and takes great care of every detail, everyone felt at home. The only recommendation I would give to the host is the issue of the windows of the upper room, there is a lot of clarity at dawn, maybe if you had the possibility of putting on a blackout curtain would help a lot for those who want to sleep a bit more. Other than that, everything is excellent.
