Monthly Rentals in Arlington Heights

This was a charming home to stay during a family visit in the city. It was as pictured, very comfortable and clean, and nicely appointed. We didn't do much cooking, but all the basics were there. I specifically appreciated the robust AC, since we were in town during a heat wave. I also appreciated the blackout curtains in the bedroom and the use of lamps in every room (touches that most Airbnbs don't include). One thing to note: we are both small people and the bathroom was quite tight even for us. If you're in a larger body, the bathroom may not be accessible.

The apartment was so homey and clean. We were in town for a family emergency and to be able to relax in the evening was much needed. We had an issue with the thermostat in the beginning of a heat wave, and Styliano was very helpful and we had the ac going before bed. We lived in Cincinnati for years and will definitely go back to stay at the apartment.

Beautiful place. Ellie came through when we were very short on time and needed somewhere to stay that would accommodate my dog. Neighborhood is wonderful and quiet. yes, there is a train but I didn't even notice it after the first night unless I was outside. Neighbors are friendly and we've had zero issues. Absolutely love the house...so much we're now renters!

Joshua and Candice were awesome hosts, and their "treehouse" was fantastic. I liked the nooks and crannies; it was SUPER clean, spacious, well-decorated and had lots of nice little touches. I appreciated all of the channels available on the televisions without having to sign in on our private apps. That was awesome. The bed was like, a mile wide, and so comfortable. The grounds are beautiful. The area is walkable but it's residential, so be aware that you do need a car to get to shopping and restaurants. Both Joshua and Candice are attentive and receptive to meeting the needs of their guests. I highly recommend--especially if you are needing peace and quiet.
