Monthly Rentals in Arlington

The place was beautiful and quiet. We used uber everywhere we went and it was so easy, we were so close to everything. The neighborhood was quiet. The host said you could hear kids but we never did, we were always off site seeing and it wasn’t an issue. I would highly recommend this place!!!

Had the absolute best time staying at Alicia and family’s home. Basement unit did not feel like a lower level at all. Huge windows let amazing light in no matter the weather. Stayed for a month and fell in love with the neighborhood and area. Easy access to bus and walkable to downtown Georgetown. Could cook my own meals or order from many many local restaurant options.

My son and I spent a month here through the holidays and really appreciated having our own rooms, a great bathroom, and enough couch space to invite family and friends over. Very safe and walkable neighborhood, and it was helpful having a grocery store and restaurants just down the street. Mary was incredibly friendly and proactive, having someone come to shovel the snow and checking in often to make sure we were comfortable. Her friend Sharon was living upstairs during our stay and was very attentive. Guests should know that the thermostat is controlled upstairs, so it took back-and-forth texts with Sharon to turn the heat lower for us. Additionally, the laundry room is a shared area with a locked door on their side but not ours. We weren't uncomfortable knowing she was in there (or with the noise), but it is unusual for an AirBnB, so I wanted to point it out.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy and stylish Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—beautifully designed, super clean, and really comfortable. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the apartment that made it feel like home. The neighborhood was quiet and well-connected, with great cafes and shops nearby. Check-in was smooth, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
