Monthly Rentals in Arlington

Had a great stay! Comfortable, large, with lots of amenities in the building. Great location in Ballston too- could easily walk to Target, TJs, Coffee shops, etc. Very convenient for a quick trip!

Amelia’s place was nice and quaint and served its purpose for a short term rental. The place was very quiet and private. Amelia was quick to respond and always helpful. There was always a place to park out front, which is very nice if you have a car. Using the laundry was easy and nice to have access to. I recommend the place to anyone that needs a place to stay for a weekend or even longer.

i went to DC to meet our adult daughter and sightsee and this was the perfect place to stay - it was close enough to all the monuments to uber yet quiet at night . the host was Extremely responsive to any question i had concerning the unit - beautiful decorating and awesome balcony - i will definitely be back !!! thank you so very much !!!

This is my second stay and it was great once again. The apartment is perfect for one person and is a great place to hang out when you don’t want to be out enjoying all of the Ballston area restaurants. I’ll be back.
