This location cannot be beat! Easy walking distance to multiple eateries and coffee shops. The check in process was wonderfully simple and the staff is lovely. Great option while in DC!

Awesome place in a fantastic location. You have absolutely no view once you inside the apt but for a short stay it’s worth it. The bathroom needs to be upgraded as well as the furniture. I would definitely stay there again, and highly recommended.

This is my go to spot while in D.C. The location is simply perfect to relax and see the different sites around the city.

This building was a great central location and the building was very pleasant to stay in. Friendly concierge, and the check-in was effortless. The rooftop had some lovely views of the city and the unit was immaculate! Clean appliances and kitchen necessities. Very spacious unit, modern furniture and design. I loved making use of the gym. The supermarket we used (Whole Foods) was about a 20 min. walk but I didn’t mind wandering the city. Close coffee shops (major brands and smaller local cafes). Nearby several capital bikeshare stations! Overall, lovely stay. Definitely recommend.

This was a perfect place for my family to stay in DC! We could either walk or take a quick uber ride to much of the mall area, so we had easy access to most museums and monuments. There were also a lot of really good restaurants nearby. The apartment was exactly as advertised, though I did make sure to confirm which building we would be in, as other reviewers suggested. It is a standard corporate apartment, so it was really nice to not have owner's knick-knacks everywhere. AC worked perfectly, and the apartment was stocked with all the amenities like toiletries, dish soap, and a single-use washing machine soap. The wifi didn't work when we arrived, but the staff was very gracious and got it resolved. I will say that the 24-hour line doesn't seem to get its voicemail checked, so I would call back first thing in the morning if you have an issue.

Great location! Had a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this stay those who are eager explore the national monuments and museums in the DC. Great restaurants also walking distance away.

This place was just what we needed. The location was fantastic. Walking distance to all the sites, though we chose to cab it and cabs were readily available outside the building's doors. CVS is a block away, as is the white house gift shop, which my kids loved. One of the highlights was the Devon and Blakely around the corner. The perfect breakfast take-out with a delightfully friendly staff. Joe's across the street also offers a wonderful dining experience. The apartment itself was clean and well furnish. Our concierge was very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was great for our stay (couple with son & dog). It had everything we needed including a full kitchen setup, washer/dryer, and the space was clean and tidy. The location is perfect for sightseeing and within walking distance of many of the main attractions. Although it is central, it was quiet and safe. Check-in was easy and there is a car park under the building (not included in price) as well as off-street parking close by.
