Spacious, clean and comfy apartment in a quiet residential area with easy access to public transportation (bus, Capital Bikeshare). Exactly as shown in the pictures. Comes with a parking spot and washer/dryer. Willie allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment after check-out to pick it up later on our way to the airport. We’ll definitely rent again at a future visit in D.C.

We had a wonderful stay at Willie’s Place in Arlington! The property was very clean and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax during our visit. While the kitchen could have benefited from a few extra utensils, it didn’t take away from our overall experience. The only minor issue we encountered was the shower knob, which was a bit tricky to turn on, but we quickly figured it out. Willie was excellent at communicating throughout our stay, ensuring everything went smoothly. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved the vibe of this eclectic place! The beds were very comfy and the view of the park was also peaceful. Easy drive to Shirlington with so many amazing restaurants and bars. Felt at home with the Nespresso! Our hosts were very responsive with answers to our questions! Highly recommend!

We stayed here with our 12 and 16 year old daughters. There was plenty of space and the unit is much bigger than it appears in the photos. Everything was modern and the kitchen area was stocked with many keurig cups and a few snacks which was appreciated. The three bedrooms were comfortable. The washer and dryer are large and in a separate 1/2 bathroom. There are reserved parking spots for the building but sometimes people do not park well. It was a short walk to a Chinese take out and a pizza parlor. The apartment was very clean and had enough cleaning supplies and extra paper goods available. The heat and air conditioning also worked well. The only negative is that the unit above seems to be a rental and there is a lot of noise when people walk or dogs bark or chairs are moved likely because there is limited insulation. If we were ever to come back to the DC area we would be happy to stay at Damon's place again. Convenient to get to the city and a comfortable home.

This comfortable one bedroom apartment had everything I needed for a 2 1/2 weeks stay. I was very comfortable, and Willie responded to all of my questions very quickly. I look forward to returning. I loved how close this was to get to DC, less than 10 minutes from theKennedy Center, but with a more suburban feel. Everything was easy to get to.

Property as described. Very clean. Close to area attractions. Easy to access. Host was proactive in providing information about our stay. Would recommend.

Location was easy to get to with a big, free parking lot. Unit was laid out well with plenty of space and lots of closets. Very comfortable for 3 adult women (mother and 2 daughters) for 10 days. Lots of windows with one in kitchen. Restaurants, stores and trail within walking distance. Two parks, one across the street and one a couple of blocks away with Pickle Ball courts. Beautiful neighborhood to walk with really good hill action. Close to 4 Mile Run Creek Trail. Close to shopping center with a Target and other stores. We had a very nice time and would stay there again.

This was perfect for us, way cheaper than a hotel, able to cook a few meals here, was clean and safe area, local restaurants were good! It is about two miles from then downtown mall attractions, so we parked in the garage attached to the unit and used uber to get to attractions, way cheaper and easier than driving/parking. Hosts were responsive. Would stay here again.

Great location, quiet neighborhood close to everything. Parking is a bit of a pain but that’s to be expected in a big city. Great apartment, couch is really uncomfortable and the hot plate on the coffee pot didn’t work, neither was a big deal but owner may want to know. I’d absolutely stay here again when in D.C.

Wow- where to start! Our stay was fantastic! Aleksa and Sophia’s space was clean and comfortable, full of amenities, and 100% photo accurate. The neighborhood was incredibly walkable with shops and restaurants scattered throughout. It was also closely connected to several bus lines, making it very convenient to travel throughout the city without the added cost of a car service/parking. Sophia and Aleksa were very responsive and kind- checkout was a breeze! Our stay reminded us of the early days of Airbnb and we will 100% be visiting again if they’ll have us! Thank you!

Great location, everything clean, Mark is incredibly responsive, and he clearly pays a lot of attention to keeping the apartment stocked with everything a guest needs. For example, when we used the stove top, there was a great selection of pans, there was a potholder right there, all the cooking utensils we needed, dish soap, a drying rack, etc. It may seem like a little thing, but it’s representative of the entire apartment. If there’s something you need and hope is there, it’s there. Great stay.

Hill East BNB was a wonderful place to stay for our family trip to Washington DC. We chose this AirBNB instead of a couple of hotel rooms because it gave us more space, flexibility and was close to the Metro which connects to the National Mall and Downtown but also directly to Dulles Airport. It is in a lovely leafy (and cherry blossom) area, very peaceful and close to Safeway (loyalty card also provided in box by TV) and a few good places to eat (The Roost at Potomac Ave was our favourite). The apartment was very well presented with good beds, great bathrooms, fantastic kitchen (I want an American pod coffee machine!) We were very very comfortable and enjoyed returning there to relax after a hard days sightseeing. We had a memorable holiday, enjoyed DC with its many great attractions and would not hesitate to return to George’s place or recommend to friends and family. Thank you George!

Christopher's place was perfect for our weekend girls trip to DC. It was just outside of the city, which meant less traffic and noise. The neighborhood felt very safe and parking was easy to find at all times. The unit itself is cozy - kitchen was very clean and beds were comfy. Board games and local food recommendations were also provided and were much appreciated! Overall, we had a great time!

I cannot say enough about this property or Kenny. It was an extremely busy for me as it was my daughter’s wedding. Kenny made the check-in, stay, and check out easy for me, which is just what I needed. He checked on us frequently, but not too much. He was very responsive to a few questions that I had. The place was clean, well furnished, and a really fun area to stay in. I highly recommend Kenny and this property!

Great place, super close to Gaylord where our conference was held. Lots of places to shop and eat within walking distance!

It was a great place to stay for a conference at the Gaylord. Very quick walk, maybe 4 minutes from the convention center. I also was upgraded to a 3 bedroom suite with a balcony. Very cool and spacious.
