Condo vacation rentals in Arlington

We kept extending our reservation due to unexpected repairs at our home, so we stayed in a few different units. Each one was clean and bright and airy, and every bed we slept in was SO comfortable. The wifi was also strong when I worked from home. The units aren't perfect- one of them didn't have great water pressure, and you will definitely hear people above you, which can be rough if they're very early risers or stay up late. But we found the hosts to be incredibly responsive and helpful, and overall had a wonderful stay during a stressful time. Would definitely recommend.

Willie's place was just as pictured- super clean and free of clutter living, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. We had an issue getting into the unit initially (code was not working) but I called Willie and he IMMEDIATELY answered and the issue was resolved in seconds. Location is great, could walk or an easy Uber/Lyft into the city or around the area. Also downtown Arlington has lots of cute shops. Less than 10 minute drive to the airport too! The only negative is that this is a four unit shared "house" and the stairs to get up to the unit, along with being on the top floor (old squeaky floors) it is very difficult to be quiet during the after hours (even with just walking in and getting ready for bed). Other than that, the stay was perfect and just as described! Thank you Willie!

This Airbnb was clean easy to use, and in a very nice location. Even during rush-hour the longest Uber ride we took to the national mall area was only 18 minutes. Normally it was less than 10. That said be prepared to spend money on Ubers! Any Uber around town was between $12 and $40. We had an early event one morning and luckily I found a nearby 24 hour mom and pop diner that delivered to us at six in the morning. The area is quiet, and not far from all the excitement. We were a family of four, two adults on the bed and two kids on the pullout, and comfortable. Would only recommend that the owner provide more Sheets for the pullout, we had to use some from the bed itself. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice stay! Plenty of parking, close to Crystal City, and a short walk to the metro.

This place was equipped with everything you need to be like a home. The kitchen had all the utensils and kitchenware needed for cooking. 21/2 bathrooms, washer and dryer. etc It was comfortable and in good location.

Check in was easy. We loved that we had our own parking spot off the street. Everything inside was just as listed. To condo was nicely set up and we had everything we needed for our stay. We did have to leave early due to the rain and us being on our motorcycles but plan on coming back. We would 100% recommend this Airbnb.

Willie’s place is at a spectacular location with great access to buses/trains to both DC and the Pentagon area. Overall, a very safe neighborhood and the apartment is in great conditions. While you can hear upstairs people’s footsteps, it didn’t bother us much since the amenities and cookwares were very convenient and of great quality. Totally recommend for anyone looking to visit DC area :)

Very nice place especially if you have a car. Not close to bus or metro but we knew that going in. Good location for us since we were going both directions. Very quiet cul de sac and quiet Neighbors.

Great stay! Allan’s place was comfortable and relaxing. It was literally a 15min drive to the downtown area and 5min away from the grocery store. There was a great coffee spot on the corner and a dog friendly park in close proximity. Clean, inviting and cozy! We’ll be back again.

Perfect spot and highly recommended for visiting the area that is dotted with well restored vintage homes, massive oaks, and beautiful gardens. One minute walk to Logan Circle and then onto the commercial area beyond. Lots of space, hip & modern, and squeaky clean. Everything was provided for kitchen and bathroom needs. We loved the front garden with the table and 2 chairs where you can sit and watch the world go by. Thank you Benjamin for being a great host.

Love this clean calm space-the balcony was wonderful. Mark was super responsive, checked in on us and we had everything we needed-especially in the kitchen. Great location for walking to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!

The place was central to where we wanted to visit and the parking by the roadside was free . Home was good and comfortable except for some amenities that were missing . Other than that the home is very comfortable !

My friends and I had an amazing stay at George’s place. The location was perfect, we weren’t far at all from the attractions we wanted to see. The unit was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. My favorite area was the patio and my friends enjoyed the shower with the jets after a long day of traveling. I would definitely stay again and recommend highly to anyone visiting DC.

About 10 min walk from King Street with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The place was clean. They use nice eco-friendly soaps, cleaners, air filter, which was a nice touch. It has shared walls, but I only heard people walking very occasionally and a dog barking once. So very quiet for shared walls. The bed is firm, FYI. Clean. Convenient. Definitely would stay again.

My girlfriends and I were in Washington DC for National Police Week & were looking for a place close to the city but reasonably priced. We found Chris’s place. It had everything we needed. It was clean, modern, just as described & came with a book of recommendations. The area is nice & we felt safe. Great restaurants. The bus & train r walking distance. We learned how to use public transportation instead to taking our car to avoid traffic and parking fees. My bedroom window faced the street so I could hear the cars & people walk by but when I turned on the fan I didn’t hear anything. Also this is a Renovated basement & have upstairs neighbors & can hear them walking around so if u r looking for a super silent place then this isn’t the place for u. It didn’t bother us. It has a private entrance and it was super easy to find. Chris was so attentive & helped with whatever we needed. He was an awesome host!

If you are seeking a clean and convenient place to stay to enjoy the National Harbor, look no farther! Not only was the condo a perfect getaway, but Kenny is extremely kind and a great communicator! He made sure our anniversary getaway was everything we hoped for! Definitely recommend!

Stayed here with two of my friends for a long weekend and we had a wonderful time! Room was incredibly clean and very spacious, with a lovely kichenette. Staff were amazing, amenities like the pool and hot tub were great, and overall a great experience. Janee was also super helpful, kind, and responsive!

This condo is highly recommended. The host is very easy to work with and provides beautiful and comfortable accommodations. The condo is incredibly close to the Friendship Heights Metro stop along with a list of other shops, restaurants, and grocers. The building is easy to navigate and quiet. Everyone really keeps to themselves. I truly enjoyed my stay, felt safe, and would absolutely stay here again.

Nearly a perfect place for our one Week stay in DC. The equipment in the unit and the building ist perfect. Easy to check in with the guide, smooth contact and timely help during the stay. Not complaining but the cleaning of the sofa and the carpet could’ve been more thorough.

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.

Great place with nice amenities! We enjoyed our stay, and the host was very communicative.
