You’ll love my place because of the peace and quiet found in this valley surrounded by scenic Warwickshire landscapes. My place is good for tourists and business travellers, in fact for everyone!

Escape to the country and relax - only 1h30 from London! Wonderful walks straight from the doorstep. Perfect for weekend breaks and exploring the Cotswolds, Oxford, Stratford, Warwick and Bicester Village. Large two storey, light and bright open plan ex-granary with living space on the first floor overlooking our garden. Entirely self-contained unit in a very quiet location on the edge of the village. The Granary forms one side of a courtyard and we live in the farmhouse on another side.

A 17th century thatched countryside retreat.

You will be staying in PART of the oldest house in the Village, over 3 floors. It’s totally separate annexe within the house, with your own entrance, and garden area, off road parking for 2-3 cars, set in an idyllic setting. With lovely walks and many famous towns to visit, including Stratford upon Avon, Oxford, and the Cotswolds. Also Plenty of local pubs and restaurants to try, there is no shop in our village, but 7 mins drive is Tysoe or “Sainsbury’s local” in Hanwell Fields. Enjoy Fiona

Newly built comfortable annexe connected to the side of a beautiful Georgian farmhouse. Double bedroom with lovely beams. Fitted with a small ensuite and a kitchenette fitted with a kettle, toaster, 2 ring ceramic hob, combination oven and fridge. Beautiful views of the countryside. Perfect for business trips and holidays all year round. We are close to Aston Martin and Land Rover, approx 3 miles off the M40 J12. 1.5-mile drive to the village which has a Co-Op and pub which does lovely food.

There is a further family bathroom (with bath) off the hall. The second bedroom is down a short flight of stairs. The entire property is subjected to a deep clean between bookings. Excellent location, charming village, superb cottage rooms with private access. Local pub fab with beautiful walks. Everything in minutes walking distance. This is a true gem of a place and I would definitely revisit and recommend. If in the area of the Cotswolds, Clarkson’s farm etc this is a great stop off. Thanks and I look forward to coming back and sending others to experience the place.

Beautiful, quintessential country cottage - beamed ceilings, flagstone floors and wood stove fire, with the added bonus of a modern and well-appointed kitchen. The perfect Christmas getaway, complete with decorations which was a welcome surprise. Glorious location on a picturesque green with great walks from the front door. Two pubs in walking distance - we didn’t unfortunately have an opportunity to try them but both have good reviews. Gillie was very helpful and extremely responsive. Highly recommended.

The barn is one of the most stellar Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. A beautiful space in the midst of a view to just constantly soak in. We went there with our kids and loved every moment of it. Jacqui was very helpful and responsive throughout and her recommendations were great for things to do around the space as well. Would highly recommend.

Not a complaint about the cottage at all it was super. Alert* to the traffic which goes far to quickly , in my opinion, on a country lane. Be careful walking across to the cottage!! A lovely setting and rural lane are not conducive to today's traffic .

Liz was very friendly and helpful, always quick to respond and happy to offer recommendations. The accommodation was beautifully decorated with thoughtful finishing touches. It was more spacious than we expected, meticulously clean and well maintained so much so that we decided to cook rather than eat out. Thank you for a very cosy stay.

A delightful stay for a family wedding. We really liked the wonderful decorative touches in tune with 'Bumblebee'. A short walk to the village Co-op store which catered for all instant needs. The Indian restaurant is very good and has a well established reputation locally. The newer Pizza Junction is excellent. Both are an easy walk. All in All this was a 'top' stay in a well appointed and thought out place.
