Close to the beautiful Cotswold villages including Stow on the Wold, and Burford. Easy access to London and Birmingham. Walk the footpaths and enjoy the beauty of the countryside. You’ll love my place because of the peace and quiet found in this valley surrounded by scenic Warwickshire landscapes. My place is good for tourists and business travellers, in fact for everyone!

A 17th century thatched countryside retreat.

You will be staying in PART of the oldest house in the Village, over 3 floors. It’s totally separate annexe within the house, with your own entrance, and garden area, off road parking for 2-3 cars, set in an idyllic setting. With lovely walks and many famous towns to visit, including Stratford upon Avon, Oxford, and the Cotswolds. Also Plenty of local pubs and restaurants to try, there is no shop in our village, but 7 mins drive is Tysoe or “Sainsbury’s local” in Hanwell Fields. Enjoy Fiona

Newly built comfortable annexe connected to the side of a beautiful Georgian farmhouse. Double bedroom with lovely beams. Fitted with a small ensuite and a kitchenette fitted with a kettle, toaster, 2 ring ceramic hob, combination oven and fridge. Beautiful views of the countryside. Perfect for business trips and holidays all year round. We are close to Aston Martin and Land Rover, approx 3 miles off the M40 J12. 1.5-mile drive to the village which has a Co-Op and pub which does lovely food.

On the inside, beams are retained with added comfort of under floor heating, a designer kitchen and Aga Rangemaster cooker. The principal bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is a further family bathroom (with bath) off the hall. The second bedroom is down a short flight of stairs. The entire property is subjected to a deep clean between bookings. Outside, the property is surrounded by fields.

Beautiful, quintessential country cottage - beamed ceilings, flagstone floors and wood stove fire, with the added bonus of a modern and well-appointed kitchen. The perfect Christmas getaway, complete with decorations which was a welcome surprise. Glorious location on a picturesque green with great walks from the front door. Two pubs in walking distance - we didn’t unfortunately have an opportunity to try them but both have good reviews. Gillie was very helpful and extremely responsive. Highly recommended.

We had the best weekend at Tregoney Cottage. It was idyllic in the most perfect, peaceful location with local pubs, cafes and restaurants a short walk away. The cottage was pristine and looked like a postcard. It was cosy, comfortable and beautifully decorated and styled. 10/10, will definitely be returning.

We had a lovely long weekend. The village is great - very picturesque and the local pub food was outstanding. The property was finished to a high spec and had everything you needed. Very uncluttered and calm space. The bathroom was gorgeous. Overall lovely trip and would recommend.

The barn is one of the most stellar Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. A beautiful space in the midst of a view to just constantly soak in. We went there with our kids and loved every moment of it. Jacqui was very helpful and responsive throughout and her recommendations were great for things to do around the space as well. Would highly recommend.

Monica’s place was absolutely lovely. Pristine, cosy and tastefully decorated, super comfortable bed, nice hot shower, kitchen with everything we needed for a short stay, and a beautiful view from the garden. Monica is a great host, she was responsive and helpful with local tips and incredibly warm and friendly during our stay. The personal, homely touches were especially appreciated. We were visiting for a peaceful break for our anniversary, and will definitely come again - for longer next time!

Not a complaint about the cottage at all it was super. Alert* to the traffic which goes far to quickly , in my opinion, on a country lane. Be careful walking across to the cottage!! A lovely setting and rural lane are not conducive to today's traffic .

It was more spacious than we expected, meticulously clean and well maintained so much so that we decided to cook rather than eat out. Thank you for a very cosy stay.
