Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Arles

Aline has made this historical house into a wonderful spot. She has created these quaint, beautiful spaces all over - love her decorating!We enjoyed making a huge charcuterie board with local cheeses, meats, wine, and fruit in the kitchen. It had everything we could ever need. We loved our stay💕

The location was 15 minutes drive from Arles town centre. The Loft was clean on arrival and the host provided all necessary utensils, linen, towels and a "starter kit" (eg. toilet paper, soap, shampoo, BBQ charcoal and lighter, etc). Access to the Loft was timely and by security Key Code, making it flexible to enter on late arrival. Pool and gardens were well maintained. Baby cot and high-chair were supplied. Florence, our concierge, was very helpful and proactive in answering all our questions in advance. Instructions for arrival and departure were clear and timely.

Thanks to Chantal for hosting us and for her kindness. We had a pleasant stay in a beautiful apartment.

Frédérique was attentive to our needs. The place is beautiful, located close to places to visit. The house is typical of the area, offering all the comforts. The pool, nice, to cool off. A place close to everything, but quiet. We had a relaxing holiday, thanks to the wonderful garden.

The place is quiet and very clean. You can arrive at the Amphitheater in 3 minutes and get to the main Van Gogh-related places in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend it!

Our stop at Julien's went very well. He was there when we arrived. We were very well hosted. It's quiet. Not too far from downtown Arles (3 min by car). The accommodation is clean and tidy. The bed is extremely comfortable. It has everything you need in the kitchen. The shower is perfect... Everything is there for a very nice stay.... If the weather is nice, you can enjoy the terrace. We loved Remi’s home in Fontvieille and would have happily stayed longer. It is a gorgeous place to stay. Parking in the local car park was an easy walk, down the street and around the corner. Not far. We loved the little village. We loved being able to prepare meals for ourselves. We loved the spaces. The little upstairs balcony for refreshments. The couch to lounge on. The beds are comfy. We didn’t get to read all the interesting books. There is a flight of stairs up to the apartment from the street and one from the living area up to the bedrooms. The inside stairs had a good hand rail and wide treads. Having read a previous review we can understand it might not be child friendly. We loved being able to throw open the windows to experience the breezes that flowed through. And I loved being able to watch life in a little village go by and being gazed at by the sweet green eyed cat downstairs.

We spent wonderful October days in Michele's great and absolutely quiet apartment. Although there were also some cool days, it was always nice and warm thanks to the heating in the apartment. The spacious garden and pool are great. Mosquito spray is important in the garden, as everywhere in the Camargue. All windows have mosquito nets and shutters. In the kitchen-living room there was everything we needed, even a Nespresso machine. Michele showed us and explained the washing machine and the area with the linens. Our car and our e-bikes parked safely under the carport roof inside the property (wall, automatic door). Here is also the socket. Although the apartment is located in the outskirts of the city, you can quickly get to everything important. Our bike rides through the rice fields and even to the sea were great. Michele and her husband are wonderful hosts. They are very helpful, but on the other hand also very discreet. We will definitely be coming back!

We enjoyed our stay. Large accommodation. A couple things. We could never connect to the WiFi. In the bathroom no shower soap or shampoo which I believe every accommodation should have. Also the sink soap container was empty. Location was good and communication.

Very nice apartment in the heart of the city. Spacious. Bright. Very pleasant to live in. The description accurately reflects reality (especially the stone stairs that are actually quite steep to climb, it's good to know in advance)

We loved this place so much. It was beautiful, light and clean. It had everything we needed, the host was very helpful and it was in a lovely part of Arles. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Very friendly host, accommodation as described.

Lucas and Martine's place was superb and remodeled--it matched the photos on the AirBNB site exactly. We've rented a number of flats in the US, France and UK, and this was the best-equipped kitchen we'd ever had. Plenty of dishes, flatware, glassware, mugs, coffee & espresso makers--with starter coffee, tea, espresso pods. Bedrooms were comfortable and bath had clean sheets, towels and towel warmer/dryer in each. Plenty of hangers, hooks and space to put clothes, jackets, etc. These amenities often ignored. Lucas and Martine should give a clinic to other AirBNB hosts! The flat is located only 2-3 blocks down from the Roman Arena and just off the main square with shops, restaurants steps away. A small grocery is less than a block away. We had no issues navigating the circular stairs one floor up to the unit, but I could see an elderly might find it challenging. Finally--we arrived/left by train. The flat is an easy walk from the gare. Recommend highly. Would definitely rent again.

Very nice, extremely central location. We were able to rent bicycles at the train station in the bike rental. Great tips for restaurants, a beautiful city.

Excellent accommodation: very well located for visiting Nîmes, well arranged, cozy and very beautiful. Beautiful terrace, comfortable bedding. I would highly recommend it!

We felt very comfortable in Thierry's apartment. Thierry welcomed us very warmly, explained everything, gave us great tips. The apartment is located on a property that houses other (vacation) apartments. The whole property is very well maintained and wonderfully planted. The pool was very refreshing, and especially important for parents: fenced! Thierry's apartment is well equipped! There is really nothing missing! It is also great that the larger apartment next door can also be rented via Thierry and you could also spend the holiday there with friends or family. The location was also very good for us. On foot, you could be in the center of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence in about 20 minutes. It takes 5 minutes by car and you can easily find a parking space - unless it's a market, then you should start early enough! All in all, we had a wonderful vacation at Thierry's and would love to come back!

Zahra El Kassimi was very kind and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed for the ten days we were in Avignon. The apartment was very centrally located, close to the old papal residence and just a 5 minute walk from the main street. The apartment had 2 air conditioners, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. It was over 30 degrees in Avignon, but the apartment was cool and nice. Everything we needed worked perfectly in the apartment and we had a great time. We would recommend this apartment at Mrs. El Kassimi's to anyone visiting Avignon, who wants to stay centrally and have a short distance to almost everything in the old town. Lise and Bjørner

We had a pleasant stay in Arles. The accommodation is comfortable and very well equipped. Patricia is very welcoming and the aperitif and tapas waiting in the fridge are very nice. The accommodation is close to Arles and you can do everything on foot. The possibility of parking a vehicle is a real plus.

Admiring a magnificent sunset from the terrace overlooking a pond, a beautiful view and extraordinary calm, that's what I keep in mind from my short stay in this beautiful, well-equipped and well-functional apartment. Arrived at 2 a.m. with two small children, the welcome booklet sent by Alfred before arrival reassured me about the organization. The baby bed already prepared, the apartment that contains everything you need to stay there as a family and especially the calm gave me good reason to choose this accommodation for my stay rather than going to a hotel. Alfred is very responsive and welcoming. Thank you so much

This (too short) stay filled us with happiness. We were first very pleasantly surprised by Marie's attentive and warm welcome, then won over by the comfort of the apartment and the garden (with swimming pool).
