Roquefixade is a very picturesque village and the accomodation is excellent, with a spectacular outlook. There are lovely walks in the area. We especially enjoyed the chateau circuit and another loop walk to Les Demoiselles. Tom was a very friendly and helpful host.

We were hosted very well by our extremely friendly and discreet hosts. Nothing was missing. There was even a large fenced garden for Frip, our four-legged friend. This place is ideal for those who want to take a break from the cities, feel like they are in a mountain setting without having to spend a fortune. The house is simple but offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay and a warm environment. The fireplace, the stone walls, and the table with benches make the atmosphere similar to that of a mountain retreat. Its location is one of its strengths as in addition to giving you peace of mind, it allows you to be 2 steps away from a number of trails for all levels, including climbing. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the provision of basic ingredients such as coffee oil is certainly a cordial gesture on the part of the owners. Louise Jerome and Samantha have always been available and proactive in communication.
