Excelente apartamento muy cerca del mar y muy céntrico en el pueblo de Arguineguín. Se encuentra totalmente equipado, tiene dos dormitorios, uno con cama de matrimonio y el otro con dos camas individuales, cocina, salón con televisión, un baño y un maravilloso balcón para disfrutar al aire libre y relajarte. Está ubicado a dos minutos de ambas playas, rodeado de restaurantes, tiendas, supermercados y zonas donde pasear. Aquí podrá disfrutar de unas maravillosas y relajantes vacaciones.

Known for its best climate in the world. Possible to rent portable aircon for warm summerdays, for 9 Euro a day. ( See management fees).

Estarás a dos pasos de la playa y Avd. de las Marañuelas, con tiendas, restaurantes y bares con terrazas, supermercados, farmacia y parada de bus muy cerca. A 5 min. a pie de la playa de Costa Alegre y a 10 min. de la Playa del Perchel.
